The ex-couple didn't have kids during their seven years of marriage so there were no custody or child support issues to deal with.

"The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement," the court document filed by Manganiello read.

In November, we broke the news that the former power couple was on the verge of amicably finalizing their divorce when the "Modern Family" actress filed a declaration of disclosure, telling the court that she had turned over all of her financial information to Manganiello.

Sofia Vergara Reveals Cause Of Joe Manganiello Split

Last month, the Colombian actress, for the first time, spoke openly about her divorce and what was responsible for it. The mother-of-one broke her silence in an interview, admitting that they called it quits over their contradicting lifestyles.

She explained that she and Manganiello didn't end things due to bad blood but because they weren’t on the same page about their family goals.

"Well, I'm newly divorced from my second husband [actor Joe Manganiello], who I was with for 10 years," Vergara began. "My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids, and I didn't want to be an old mom. I feel it's not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore."

Vergara has a son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, from a previous relationship, while Manganiello remains without any offspring at 47 — a status he hoped to change with his now ex-wife.

The famous actress continued, explaining that she was more ready to have a grandchild "I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I'm ready to be a grandmother, not a mother. So, if love comes along, he has to come with [his own] children. I'm almost in menopause; it's the natural way of things. When my son becomes a dad, let him bring the baby to me for a while, and then I'll give it back to him and go on with my life; that's what I have to do."
