Holly Sonders delighted fans with a perky display as she updated her Instagram in a figure-flaunting look while announcing "lunch is served" this week. The 36-year-old former golfer and sports presenter showed off her figure and her relationship with boxer Oscar De La Hoya in this share, flying the flag for the braless trend and also going unbuttoned as she rocked a pair of jeans. Holly tends to post solo for her 600,000+ fans, but this share brought in her former athlete man, also checking boxes for couples goals.

Thrilling fans with her Friday share, Holly posted a glam, humorous shot of herself walking away from Oscar while carrying a platter of what may have been cash bills. Showing off her killer figure in an unbuttoned pair of blue jeans and not appearing to be wearing any underwear beneath them, Holly also flaunted her toned abs as she rocked a skimpy white crop top, here giving a nod to the braless finish adored by stars including Miley Cyrus and Kendall Jenner.

All long hair don't care as Oscar stood behind her and puffing away on a cigar, Holly kept glam in shades, rocking her luscious dark locks down and in a perfect blow-out.

In a caption, the bikini bombshell wrote: "Lunch is served."

"Well served," one fan quickly replied, with another saying: "Best couple on Instagram."

Holly has been serving her followers plenty in recent posts, with 2023 also bringing sizzling, scantily-clad snaps on her Instagram. Wearing a black bra top that just about covered her chest, Holly posed seated and knocking the camera dead as she showcased her gym-honed waistline and wild abs while also delivering quite the cleavage flash. Holly regularly gushes about Oscar on social media, but it's a two-way street with this couple.

In December 2023 and shortly before the holidays, Oscar updated his Instagram to send Holly love.

"I’m writing this to Holly for all to see because I want you to know how happy I’ve been since I met her, since the first day we have never spent a night apart, not because of the simple reason that I love her and it really pains me to be apart," he wrote adding:
