Jen Selter In See-Through Dress Leaves Nothing To The Imagination

Model Jen Selter is starting off the new year while showing off her signature sense of style!

The 30-year-old fitness trainer has never been shy about putting her fit physique on display and did not leave much to the imagination with her latest share!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, Jen left hardly anything to the imagination as she posed in front of the camera wearing a see-through black dress that was made of a fishnet-type fabric with holes large enough to see through. The second photo features the view of her outfit from the front, while the third slide contains a video that features her walking barefoot toward the camera and showing off her body from every angle.

“Every day is a new opportunity to grow, to learn, and to be kind to yourself. Remember, you’re doing the best you can. So, don’t be too hard on yourself! Always take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come,” she wrote in the caption along with a black heart emoji. “I love the fishnet outfit, Jen. Where did you get it?” Jen replied, “Thank you!!” before tagging @andi_bagus for any fans interested in picking up her cover-up for themselves.

Jen usually shares some Monday motivation with her followers, but in her latest video, she admitted that she hasn’t been feeling very motivated this year, even though 2024 has just begun. In the video, Jen says that she likes the “black and white vibe” as she slips into a black sports bra and matching leggings with a white stripe down the side. She tied her long dark hair in a ponytail and paired her look with zebra-striped sneakers for an upper body and cardio workout that she did on the balcony.

“Good morning! Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit low on motivation, but I’m ready to snap back into it! Remember, it’s never too late to start over. The key is to push yourself. Once you get that sweat going, you’ll feel amazing. Remind yourself how good you feel after you get a sweat in. Who is with me?!” she asked in the caption, adding, “New matching @aloyoga set.” Fans were quick to praise her latest video, with one follower calling her “such an inspiration.”

After partnering with BlendJet and FreeBeat last year, it looks like Jen has decided to partner with Amazon for fitness equipment, such as a foldable walking pad that folds up to store away in a closet, as well as a stackable yoga mat. As Jen explains in the video, since she lives in an apartment building, she does not have room for bulky equipment.

“I’m super excited to team up with @amazon! They’ve got the best range of exercise and fitness gear you can think of. Living in an apartment means I need compact stuff. That’s why the foldable walking pad and stackable yoga mat are just perfect,” she wrote in the caption as fans praised her as “a positive role model” for fitness.

Fans who have followed Jen for a while know that Gram often likes to sniff and eat her hair, especially when she is doing yoga. “When you’re trying to do yoga, but your dog decides it’s time for a hair appointment,” Jen wrote over the video, which features her doing yoga in a long-sleeve red crop top and matching pants.

“Ever since he was a lil one, he’s been a hair nibbler and I have no idea why,” Jen wrote alongside the hashtags “funny dogs” and “animal lover.” One fna confessed that their dog was also obsessed with their workout routine, writing, “Mine humps me whenever I try to workout at home. He needs help.”
