Jen Selter In Itty Bitty Bikini Enjoys A Waterfall In Costa Rica

Model Jen Selter is still sharing more photos and videos from her trip to Costa Rica!

The 30-year-old fitness trainer traveled to Costa Rica with her family for the Christmas holiday and it looks like she still has plenty more to share from her trip! In addition to a few bikini shots, she also gave some fans some fitness motivation to start the year off strong!

In another Instagram post, Jen stood barefoot on a rock overlooking a waterfall in Costa Rica. Her long dark hair falls around her shoulders as she gives fans a rear view of her posing in a thong bikini. The text over the video reads: “I hope you find a way to: See your worth; Know That You’re Enough; Stop Doubting Yourself; Let go of what doesn’t serve you; and Trust yourself and your journey.”

It goes on to say, “Treat yourself with kindness and love; Celebrate your small victories; Embrace change and growth; Listen to your needs.” In the caption, Jen dropped three green heart emojis along with the hashtags “Costa Rica,” waterfall,” and “travel.” Fans loved her post, with one follower writing, “Important life messages and stunning scenery” alongside a single heart-eye emoji.

Jen started off the new year by posting her first “Get Ready With Me” video of 2024! She slipped into a pink thong and paired the look with a sports bra and matching high-waisted leggings, keeping her long dark hair tied back in her signature ponytail. After hopping into a pair of white sneakers, Jen proceeded to do some gentle stretches in the beautiful paradise of Costa Rica.

“Welcome to a fresh start! New Year, New Month, New Week - a triple dose of new beginnings. If I’m being honest, I haven’t written down my new goals yet,” she wrote in the caption. “But guess what? It’s never too late to start fresh or try something new at any time. On the first Monday of the new year, Jen shared her typical motivational Monday Instagram post with her followers. This workout video featured her exercising in a two-piece green gym fit, white sneakers, a sleek ponytail, and her very own brand of resistance bands, which her fans can shop by clicking on the link in her bio. In the caption, Jen gave her fans some words of wisdom to help them get started on their fitness journey.

She gave some followers some tips to keep them motivated, such as setting realistic goals, creating a routine, tracking their progress, finding a workout buddy, mixing up their routine, rewarding themselves, and listening to their bodies. “Be proud of yourself at every step of your fitness journey. It’s not just a destination. It’s a lifestyle,” she added. “Thanks for keeping up motivated,” one fan wrote. “That’s how you start the new year!” another follower exclaimed while a third fan added, “I love your workouts!”

While enjoying her Christmas vacation in Costa Rica, Jen donned a polka-dot bikini top and matching skirt as she took her BlendJet outside to make a delicious and refreshing tropical smoothie that contained pineapple, mango, banana, chia seeds, yogurt, ice, and unsweetened coconut milk. She paired the recipe with a giveaway for a BlendJet, leading many to tag their friends and enter the contest in the comments.
