The pictures, which feature multiple women, including Epstein's associate and then-girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, were provided by his accuser Sarah Ransome.

The Photos Were Turned In As Part Of A Defamation Lawsuit Against Ghislaine Maxwell
Ransome reportedly turned over the trove of photographs as part of the defamation lawsuit that Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre filed against the late sex offender's madam in 2015, which has since been settled.
According to the New York Post, Ransome, who was one of the witnesses at Maxwell's federal sentencing in Manhattan for sex trafficking, described in a deposition how the sex-trafficker, described as "mama bear," helped recruit young girls for her then-boyfriend, Epstein.
"You know, all the girls kind of reported to Ghislaine. Ghislaine was like the mama bear, if you know what I mean. She called the shots; we had to listen to Ghislaine," Ransome said, per the legal documents.
"And Ghislaine was Jeffrey's right-hand woman, so, you know, whatever Jeffrey wanted went through Ghislaine and then filtered through," she added.
More Jeffrey Epstein Documents To Be Released
The U.S. district judge Loretta Preska ordered the unsealing of court documents in the 2015 defamation case between victim Giuffre and Epstein's partner in crime Maxwell.
The list allegedly contains nearly 200 names, named during the legal depositions of different witnesses concerning the case. It includes the names of well-known men and women who either allegedly indulged in the sex act and trafficking of minors or others who are in some way connected to the late sex offender but have been accused of no wrongdoing.
In the past, those names were only addressed as John and Jane Doe in court, such as in the series of defamation cases and criminal lawsuits targeted mainly at Epstein and his partner in crime, Maxwell, after Giuffre's initial filing.
More of the scandalous legal documents will be released over the coming weeks.
