Jen Selter In Bikini Sizzles On The Beach In Costa Rica

Model Jen Selter is spending Christmas on a beach in Costa Rica!

The 30-year-old fitness trainer traveled to Greece for her 30th birthday just a few months ago. Now, she and her family are ready to celebrate the holiday season in another warm climate as they relax on a beach in Costa Rica before ringing in the new year!

Wearing a white long-sleeve crop top and a white thong, Jen stood barefoot in the sand at the beach as she posed against a tree log that had fallen on the beach. She later climbed onto the log on all fours, showing off her lean figure. She then stood on top of the log, posing with her hands behind her head in one of her signature poses.

“Costa Rica, where beaches aren’t just beaches; they’re stories of paradise. I’m blown away by their beauty,” she wrote in the caption. “Will you come to Nicaragua someday? Not that far. Pretty please!” one fan begged. “Ooh, I need to look up the distance!!” Jen exclaimed. “Hotness overload,” another follower gushed while another fan called her “so beautiful.”

“When you let go, you create space for better things to enter your life,” Jen wrote in the text of another video that featured her walking beside a pool of water in Costa Rica. She wore a two-piece blue bikini and kept her dark hair long, letting it fall in loose waves down her back.

In an Instagram post that featured her doing yoga in a mint green gym fit beside the water, Jen decided to share a few things that she has been working on with her followers. The list includes being less hard on herself, developing a better work-life balance, stopping people pleasing, and embracing the unknown.

She also plans to practice ways to better manage her stress and emotional eating, develop an earlier sleep schedule, accept change and practice slowing down. “Wbu?!” she asked in the caption. “Being more patient and calmer,” one fan replied. “Developing an open mind,” another follower shared, but it seems most fans just wanted to gush over Jen’s “beautiful” video!

Jen has previously shared a dip recipe for Superbowl Sunday, but now she is sharing a healthy dip recipe that has a bit more of a festive color just in time for the holiday season. She enjoyed this dip with carrots, but fans can use whatever vegetables or crackers they have on hand!

Before you judge- try it,” she wrote in the caption along with the list of ingredients, which includes cottage cheese, beets, extra virgin olive oil, half a lemon, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning for “extra flavor.”
