Bam Margera, whose legal name is Brandon Margera, has been granted supervised visitation with his five-year-old son, Phoenix.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, both Bam and his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, whom he married in 2013 but have since separated, have agreed to allow Bam supervised visitations in California.
The visitation is up to four hours a day on Saturday and Sunday -- with a seven-day notice to Nicole. But, it must be supervised by a mutually agreed upon third party. If Bam and Nicole are unable to reach a mutual agreement on a third party, Bam's time shall be "professionally supervised."

What that means is if Nicole and Bam do not agree on a mutual third party, Nicole shall provide a list of three supervisors to Bam through counsel, and Bam will then have 72 hours to select his choice from Nicole's list.
After that, both parties "shall cooperate with the intake process and schedule visits," according to the legal documents.
In the filing, Bam and Nicole have agreed that "it is in the best interest that no images of [Phoenix] be posted on any social media platform."

This comes after Bam claimed he had been physically separated from his son Phoenix for over “200 days." He was determined to reunite with him around Christmas, coinciding with Phoenix’s birthday, and now it seems that Christmas wish may come true thanks to the new judge's order.
As reported by The Blast in August, Bam was previously granted the right to FaceTime his son for 20 minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and 30 minutes on Sundays. Nicole was given temporary custody of Phoenix.
The new legal docs also come after news broke that Bam proposed to his model fiancée in October.
The television personality has faced a series of legal issues in the past, including his arrest in San Diego County in March for allegedly kicking a woman and being accused of physically assaulting his brother, Jess Margera, in July. Bam pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges and he was released on a $50,000 bail.
Bam Margera's Road To Addiction Recovery
Earlier this year, Bam was ordered to get a drug and alcohol screening, which is when the reality television personality disclosed that he had undergone drug and alcohol treatment and was living with former Los Angeles Lakers player Lamar Odom. He previously stated that his son, Phoenix, was the inspiration he needed to detox and sober up.
As previously reported by The Blast, the 'Jacka--' star recently achieved a milestone in his journey to sobriety.
After Bam's recent achievement of surpassing 100 days of sobriety, actor Mark Wahlberg took to social media to praise the 'Jacka--' star.
“So happy for you and your sobriety. Wow, 120 days. God bless you, bro, hope you and your family are well and I look forward to connecting with you soon," the actor said in his video. “I’ve always been such a big fan and I look forward to seeing you, brother.”
In response, Bam expressed gratitude, acknowledging Wahlberg’s message. He wrote, “Thanks to Mark Wahlberg for the positive words! Who’s counting anymore when you’re happy.”
