Shortly after Britney celebrated her 42nd birthday, sources told People magazine that Britney’s family is trying to make amends with the pop star following the release of her tell-all memoir “The Woman In Me” in October 2023. One source revealed that Lynne Spears is “really making an effort to be in Britney’s life.” However, they went on to say that “Britney can be very stubborn” given what she’s been through.

They said that the “Crossroads” actress “is still hurt because she feels her mom could have done more to help her” get out of the conservatorship. That being said, they admitted that the Princess of Pop “has very few friends and really needs to just be with family,” especially around the holiday season.
