They also have joint access to all his medical records and can't make unilateral decisions about major decisions or non-emergency health issues without conferring with the other.

Perhaps what stands out in the custody settlement is that the former couple was ordered to be respectful of one another in the presence of their child. "Neither parent shall speak in a negative, disrespectful or derogatory manner to or about the other parent in the child's presence or within hearing distance of the child," read the filing. The Blast broke the news that Chyna took Tyga to court in August to establish paternity and collect child support.

She filed a "petition to determine parental relationship" while asking for joint custody. "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party," she wrote.

The "Freaky Deaky" rapper, however, was not pleased with the filing, responding with a demand for sole custody of the little one. Luckily, the battle is over now and both parties can focus on co-parenting the little one.

Before the custody settlement, Chyna opened up about the reason behind her split from Tyga. The reality star, who goes by Angela White, claimed their romance ended because of, Kylie Jenner, her baby daddy Rob Kardashian's sister.

"He was really sweet and really charming, and I saw something there. We were together for three years," she recalled of her romance with the rapper whose real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson.

However, when Jenner entered the chat, things spiraled out of control. "Then he started talking to Kylie at the time, which she was like 16 or something, Yeah, I was engaged and stuff, so that’s kind of what ended it," Chyna declared.

Chyna explained that she discovered Tyga and Jenner were seeing each other on the internet, just like everyone else. However, she did not take it seriously until the "Hookah" rapper’s friend moved her properties away from the home they shared.

The video vixen confessed she had a hard time dealing with the complicated situation due to her friendship with Kim Kardashian, Jenner's older sister.

"It's like, nobody's seen the betrayal that was going on behind my back of me talking to somebody — Kim — and then her little sister, who she has no control over, started talking to my fiancé, and then I get attacked. And it's like, how does that work?" Chyna lamented.
