Jeremy Renner defies the odds and accelerates his recovery journey with a high-speed treadmill triumph.

The acclaimed Marvel star's commitment to his rehabilitation is nothing short of extraordinary, considering the severe injuries he sustained near his Reno home on New Year's Day 2023. 

The 52-year-old took to Instagram to share a gripping video of his intense physical therapy session, where he cranked up the speed on a treadmill, leaving fans and friends alike in awe.

In the clip, the "Neo Ned" star could be seen pushing his limits on the treadmill, reaching an impressive 13 mph. The encouraging words "Dude, that's so, that's so impressive" from his companion highlighted the magnitude of Renner's accomplishments in overcoming the physical hurdles of his traumatic incident.

Hospitalized for blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries after being run over by his Sno-Cat, weighing over 14,000 pounds, the father-of-one has faced a challenging road to recovery.

In the caption that accompanied the inspiring footage, the entrepreneur echoed his friend's sentiment, writing, "Tried higher speed 13 mph interval training today @boosttreadmills," before adding a resounding "Keep pushing" in red letters underneath. 

This display of grit follows closely on the heels of his public appearance at JFK Airport, where he navigated the bustling terminal with a discreet yet impactful accessory — an Iron Man-esque compression device on his legs.

To blend in with the bustling crowd, the two-time Academy Award nominee opted for an all-black ensemble, complete with a winter jacket, pants, and a discreet baseball cap.

However, his distinctive features and the conspicuous compression devices made him stand out. The high-tech gear was a reminiscent nod to the iconic device worn by Don Cheadle's James Rhodes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. 

The gadgets on both legs serve a dual purpose: improving blood flow, reducing pain, and combating swelling. From initially relying on a cane to utilizing advanced compression devices, Renner's progress underscored his tenacity and determination to reclaim mobility.

To understand why this is significant, less than four months post-accident, the "Dahmer" actor graced the blue carpet at the "Rennervations" premiere with a cane. 

Looking dapper in a deep blue suit, he stylishly navigated the event at the Regency Village Theatre, occasionally using a cane in his right hand and embracing his daughter Ava Berlin with his left. 

While alternating between the cane and a knee scooter, Renner even flashed a thumbs-up to the paparazzi. Before stepping out, he had shared a preview of the night with a picture of the blue carpet captioned, "Rocking the blue carpet tonight !!!! Ready for this amazing event."

The "28 Weeks Later" star emerged from the shadows of his snow plow accident at the beginning of the year by opening up about the transformative lessons he had learned. 

With an Instagram post showcasing him wearing what appeared to be an L.E.D mask, the "Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation" actor unveiled the extensive and diverse therapies that became integral to his pursuit of healing.

Renner laid bare his commitment, detailing a regimen that spanned "countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, IV drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge," and more. 

The Screen Actors Guild Award winner revealed his mind's resilience and unwavering will were the most potent therapy. 

He also emphasized that he did not take his second chance at life lightly, stating, "I feel it's my duty to do so. Not to squander my life being spared, but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you whom have empowered me to endure. I thank you all. #loveandtitanium." 

The heartfelt post resonated with fans, eliciting an outpouring of support and admiration. Amidst compliments like "beautiful being" and "an inspiration," one fan praised his attitude with an enthusiastic, "Yes!! Amazing. You're the strongest guy I know.” 

At the same time, this admirer offered uplifting words, noting, "Your attitude is inspiring. Your fans will always be here for you. Repair, rest, adapt, believe, repeat." Another supporter also highlighted the significance of mindset while pointing out that they were praying for him.
