The rocky dynamic between Kody and Christine Brown continues on "Sister Wives," with the entertainer's dramatic response to his ex-wife's blossoming romance with David Woolley.

The TV personality's thoughts about his former wife came before the new couple said their vows in October. In the TLC show's latest episode, the 54-year-old did not hide his strained relationship with the mother of six, calling her out for being a terrible part of his polygamous family.

The bond between Kody Brown and Christine ended in 2021 when the Plexus saleswoman became the first woman to leave the famous polygamous union. Her experiences in the plural marriage made the 51-year-old crave a monogamous relationship, and she found the perfect partner in Woolley.

The media personality's loved ones, including former wife Janelle Brown, gleefully celebrated her second marriage; however, her former beau could not help but have a few shady feelings. Sunday's episode of the "Sister Wives: One on One" special captured Kody's response to his ex-wife and her new monogamous relationship.

In the segment, filmed before Christine's marriage to Woolley in October, the father of 18 accused his co-star of being a poor part of the polygamous family. The 54-year-old claimed the mother of six did not try to have a relationship with Robyn Brown, the last of his four wives.

"She was a s— sister wife," Kody said, noting that Christine "never tried" and "was never there." As for her newfound interest in monogamy, the patriarch implied that the media personality might better fit Woolley. In his salty words: "She'll probably, and I hope, be a very good wife for David."

Well, his former wife has no use for the entertainer's shady approval of her new romance. In the One-on-One Special, the mother of six reflected on her dissolved union with Kody and confirmed their marriage had not been a rosy experience.

Unsurprisingly, the father of 18 echoed similar sentiments, stressing that his ex-wife purposely made him the villain in her story. "Christine has to destroy my character," Kody claimed, "Or David doesn't feel like he can marry her because she left a good man."

Fans may hear Woolley's thoughts about his wife's former marriage as Christine will introduce her beau on the "Sister Wives" series for the first time. The lovebirds will debut on-screen in next week's episode of the TLC show, which is set to air on Sunday at 10 p.m. ET.

Christine Brown & David Woolley Tied The Knot In Front Of One 'Sister Wives' Star

October marked a significant month in Christine's life as the 51-year-old tied the knot to Woolley in an intimate ceremony. The mother of six walked down the aisle surrounded by friends and loved ones, including her "Sister Wives" co-star, Janelle Brown.

The dynamic duo was the first set of wives to dissolve their union to Kody, with Janelle packing her bags from the polygamous marriage a year after Christine left. The pair have since become firm friends that support each other.

Christine valued their friendship so much that she also told Woolley how important Janelle was to her, perhaps warning him to treasure her best pal. As for her wedding, the TLC star walked down the aisle in a breathtaking outdoor ceremony at Moab, Utah's Red Cliffs Lodge.

The couple said their vows in front of 330 guests, a group the TV personality described as "All people that we absolutely love." Following their nuptials, Christine and Woolley danced the night away beneath a tent adorned with sparkling lights and vibrant florals.

Raving about the beautiful Utah location, the groom exclaimed, "The view, the scenery, it's unreal. You can't beat it." Echoing similar sentiments, Christine added, "It's a fairytale. It's everything I never thought I would have. I get to walk down the aisle to David, him just looking at me the way that he does. It's a dream come true."

The couple went public with their relationship in February 2023 before announcing their engagement a few months later in April. The reality TV star shared the good news on social media with a picture of the lovebirds alongside the caption:

"We're engaged! David popped the question VERY romantically, and I said YES! I'm so excited and live in bliss every day!"
