The Chicago Bears' victory against the Minnesota Vikings could not have happened without Justin Fields' spectacular comeback!
Monday Night Football saw the Bears fumbling for points against their opponents without being able to score a single touchdown at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While all hope seemed lost for the NFL team, they managed to pull through with a 12-10 win over their divisional rivals thanks to their 24-year-old quarterback.
Justin Fields Applauded For The Bears Victory Against The Vikings
"Never Back Down, Never What?” should be incorporated into Fields’ fan chant following the athlete's impressive play against the Vikings. While many had given up on the Bears' victory with the team's poor performance against their opponents, the Kennesaw native bounced back to achieve victory.
Tensions were high in the 57-minute game, with the Bears struggling to buy a yard and giving a seemingly lethargic play that was heartbreaking to watch. Despite the teams’ rough night on the field, their quarterback came through when needed and delivered a game-winning drive.
The athlete's comeback in the match came after two crucial fumbles in the fourth quarter that appeared to have cost the Bears their victory. However, the 24-year-old's big plays led his team to a 12-10 win as he threw for 217 yards and rushed for 59.

The Bears' victory, per the Bleacher Report, was secured with Fields delivering a Cairo Santos field goal and making a massive connection with D.J. Moore for 36 yards with about a minute remaining on the clock. The NFL team's defense also played a significant role in their win by forcing four turnovers.
Naturally, the quarterback was revered as the star of the night and received high praises from fans on social media platforms like X. "What is it that y'all say, Justin Fields did it ‘when it mattered most’ Still my Quarterback," someone exclaimed. Another supporter echoed the sentiment, writing:
"Regardless of how the game went throughout, ultimately, you want to see your QB give your team a chance to win in the end. Justin Fields just did that for the #Bears."
This was not the FedEx Ground Player of the Week honoree’s first time receiving high praise from fans. In October, the Kennesaw native was hailed for his vital role in ensuring the Bears’ 40-20 victory over the Washington Commanders.
During the Thursday Night Football mashup, Fields displayed significant improvement as he did not commit a turnover. Instead, the NFL star had an exciting game with 282 yards and four touchdowns.
The 24-year-old's contributions to the Bears’ success marked the team's first victory of the season, and fans could not be happier for the quarterback. "All the Justin Fields haters are quiet right now, LOL. Have a night, QB1," someone chimed with another supporter, writing: "Justin Fields currently leads the league in Passing Touchdowns with 11. MY GOATTTTTT."

Fans were not the only ones hyped about the quarterback's achievement, as the Bears player echoed similar sentiments in a post-game interview. "It felt good. It felt good. Just seeing all the hard work pay off, especially getting a dub after everything that’s happened this year. Everything in the media. Everything on the outside," Fields confessed, adding:
"It just feels good when you can say that the hard work paid off, so again, I'm proud of everybody in the building. I love everybody on my team. Players, coaches, shoot, everybody upstairs. I might not even know them, but I love y’all."
Justin Fields' Injury Got Fans Worried
A month before celebrating Fields’ recent game-winning drive, fans were heartbroken by the athlete's right-hand injury in October. During a match against the Minnesota Vikings, the quarterback left the field in the third quarter after sustaining a dislocated thumb following a tackle by Danielle Hunter.
The event and the Bears’ loss left fans lamenting on X as it shattered their football fantasy goals for the season. "Justin Fields can not stop f——g me over in fantasy football this season," someone wailed with another disappointed person, declaring:
"My fantasy season is ruined, rip. Justin Jefferson was hurt. Justin Fields hurt. Man, so disappointing. I started off strong. Currently sitting at 3-3 now AHHHHHH."
"Justin Fields had like 70 points in the last two weeks. Gets me 4 points and gets hurt when I use his a— again. Fantasy football was a mistake," a third complained, while a fourth searched for sympathy with the tweet that read, "Raise your hand if Justin Fields and David Montgomery handed you your fantasy L today."
