Pop star Britney Spears was pulled over on September 10 and October 6 for two separate driving infractions.
The footage of both encounters made their way online last month, although the 41-year-old pop star did not address it at the time.
Britney Spears Laments Letting A Cop 'Talk S---' To Her

On Monday, Britney took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of her holding one of her sons when he was little. In the caption, she wrote, "He says 'Mamma !!! Is that you !?? Are you gonna let a cop pull you over and talk s--- to you ???? Is it even allowed to demoralize and talk s--- to a woman while taping you, mamma ???' I’m honestly like America … I DON’T KNOW YALL !!!"
It is unclear if Britney is talking about the time that she was pulled over in September or October, or if she was pulled over on Saturday when she and her longtime manager Cade Hudson were spotted out and about getting a bite to eat. On September 10, Britney was pulled over for going 61 in a 40 mph zone and was cited for driving without her license or proof of insurance in her vehicle. She does have both documents, but they are usually held by her security personnel.

She had to pay a $1,140 fine for her September citation, whereas she only had to pay $327 for crossing the double yellow lines on October 6. According to documents obtained by The Blast, the "Overprotected" singer has yet to pay the $327 fine, but it is due tomorrow.
In one video that made its way online, a Britney fan account accused the police of "harassing" the pop star in the video.
“He knew it was her seeing as he said multiple times this is the second time I’ve pulled you over …. I live in SoCal …. Going 60 in a 45…. That’s what people do out here daily without being pulled over. I will say Britney was very very sweet like she always has been,” one fan commented.
“Such a d---he. 60 in a 45 is entirely normal driving behavior for all Americans and he knows it. He’s just bored and he has let the media taint him into hating Britney viewing her as spoiled,” another follower chimed in.
“This is probably the realest moment we’ve witnessed of her in the last 15 years. I love that she’s able to experience real things again like this is just so real, and now she’ll know to have her information in the car next time. I love her so much,” a third fan shared.
Britney Spears Calls Out The Cops Following A Welfare Check: 'It's About Power For Cops'

This is not the first time that Britney has called out the police. As The Blast previously reported, the police performed a welfare check on the pop star following her viral knife dancing videos. It seems that the “Toxic” singer was not happy with the way the welfare check was conducted, as it didn’t take her long to call them out on social media.
In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney asked, “Is it a joke in the news again with welfare checks??? Come on America … we cooler than that, right ??? The officers came to my home and said they would not leave until they spoke to me as people do 4 minute performances with them.”
She then went on to say, “I am getting an apology,” before adding, “I’ve been bullied in my home for so long now..ITS ENOUGH! Don’t talk about it, come on, let’s DO !!! As my mom does the silent treatment when paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m in the wrong…nope it’s an old game. People need to be responsible for their actions! It’s about power for cops.”
