Fitness Trainer Lindsey Gordon In Blue Bikini Smooches A Puppy

Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon is ready to hit the gym again following a "rather serious" car accident that she was involved in only a few short weeks ago.

Although she needed time for her mind and body to recover from the wreck, she is now ready to get back to the gym and start working on her fitness goals for the new year!

But first, she took a moment to kiss a puppy while visiting Venice Beach in a stunning blue bikini!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the social media sensation took to Instagram to share a photo of her posing in a blue bikini in Venice Beach, California. Her long blonde hair is brushed back out of her face as she picks up a small puppy and prepares to give it a smooch! “Me whenever I see a dog,” she wrote in the caption. “I can’t help it. I love doggies so much.”

It’s been a few weeks since Lindsey was able to work out after her “rather serious” car accident a few weeks back. However, she is finally back in the gym and ready to step up her fitness goals! She tied her long blonde hair back out of her face as she filmed a video that featured her showing off her fit figure in white linger and white crew socks.

“This is currently where my physique is: 8 weeks off and 2 weeks back into the grind. Working through the difficult days where my back stiffens up has been a bit of a challenge, but I’m always up for a chance to grow,” she wrote in the caption.

“If there’s anything this accident has taught me it’s that tomorrow is not promised so take advantage of each day that God gives you. do what makes your heart happiest & try not to let the fear of what other people will think get in the way of that.”

“I’m really excited to take things to the next level! can’t wait to continue to share with you guys,” she added as fans and famous friends praised her dedication to improving herself!

Even though she had to take a few months off from working out at the gym, she followed up her post with a look at her three-year transformation, showing what she looked like from 2020 to the present day. She credited discipline, dedication, and determination for her results. "I know you probably hear it all the time you guys, but growth takes time," she told her followers. "It’s not something that happens overnight, it’s a challenging yet rewarding process. Motivation isn’t always going to be the thing that drives you through the tougher times."

"It’s more so the discipline of knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing and what your ultimate goals are. showing up is the BIGGEST step you can take to get that much closer to reaching that goal.
