Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon is ready to take a walk on the wild side in her animal-print bikini!

The California native loves to spend time at the beach. Over the weekend, she decided to share a throwback snap with her 288 thousand Instagram followers from a trip to the Dominican Republic!

Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon has no problem flaunting her fit physique with her Instagram followers. Over the weekend, she shared a photo that featured her tugging her long blonde hair out behind her with one hand. She uses her other hand to shield her eyes from the sun, showing off her long, manicured nails. Her glowing summer tan was on full display in a tiny leopard-print bikini that did not leave much to the imagination!

“I miss summer,” she wrote in the caption while tagging the Dominican Republic as the location for the snap. “Me too. We got 10 inches of snow yesterday and another 10 inches today, plus we have a winter weather warning in AK. You look gorgeous,” one fan shared. “This looks like it should be the front of a magazine,” another follower wrote while a third fan gushed, “Yeah me too especially here I wish for warmer weather and you look absolutely amazing.” Several other followers thought her steamy shot was really a promotion for Baywatch!

She has one hand on her chest as she looks down at her own fit figure. She paired her white shorts with white crew socks and sneakers while covering up her body with a long-sleeve crop top that was zipped up in the front. She tagged Los Angeles, California, as the location of these stunning shots.

In another Instagram post, Lindsey wasn’t afraid to get vulnerable with her fans when she admitted that she was an empath, writing, “Ever since I was a kid I questioned why I felt emotions so strongly and why my friends didn’t.” She said that she could never understand why she was so “emotional” and explained that she was “confused” by her emotions.

“As I got older I learned to accept it and tried to use this gift for good, but I found myself in several situations where I was being taken advantage of. Since I have this ability to be highly attuned to the feelings of people around me, I never wanted to make anyone sad or angry,” she wrote, explaining how this turned her into a “people pleaser.”

“Over this past year I feel as though I’ve really been able to connect with myself on the deep level that I’ve always found myself doing with others,” she continued. “Just like anything else in this world, too much of a good thing can become a bad thing. I’ve started taking my self-care very seriously so that I can be there for others without the fear of disappointment getting in the way.”

“This world can be a dark and lonely place which is the key reason I will continue to project this light God gave me.
