Nicky Hilton speaks up on the recent comments about her sister Paris' son's head size!

The fashion designer finds it disturbing that some people are criticizing the appearance of her nephew, citing it as "bullying."

The 40-year-old exclusively told Page Six during Tuesday night's Glamour Magazine Women of the Year event, "I think that if you are bullying an infant then you have serious issues and you really take a look at yourself."

She added, "It's so demented."

In October, Paris shared photos of her son's first trip to New York City in October.

In the pictures, seemingly captured within an upscale hotel, Paris wore an elegant black bedazzled off-the-shoulder dress accentuated with a rhinestone bow. She styled her iconic blond locks into structured waves and ensured her glamorous look was impeccable.

The former reality star effortlessly shifted her focus between admiring her little one with affectionate glances and gracing the photographer with charming smiles, showcasing a balance of maternal joy and starry grace.

Meanwhile, her son Phoenix looked dashing and adorable in a high-end designer outfit from head to toe -- donning a Burberry-printed T-shirt, tan corduroy pants, and coordinating Burberry shoes. Appearing content and alert, he gazed intently at the camera.

Paris' husband, Carter Reum, expressed admiration for the mother-son moment by leaving a heart-filled comment: "❤️❤️❤️."

At the time, people commented, suggesting, "Y'all he's just got a lot on his mind, leave the kid alone," while others genuinely inquired if there was something "actually going on."

A particular comment stood out, with someone expressing concern, saying, "Does he have encephalitis? I'm not trying to be rude, but that doesn't seem normal."

In response to a TikTok video during that period, the star of "Cooking with Paris" conveyed her emotional distress over the criticism.

The new mom expressed, "There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor; he just has a large brain."

Like her sister, the 42-year-old also had strong words for those who criticized the size of her child's head.

Later, she released a statement on her Instagram Story, stating, "Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe."

Paris also emphasized that she "worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance and expect the same in return."

Continuing, she shared, "Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life. Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It's hard to fathom that there are people who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy."

Paris and Carter welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in January. Reflecting on this joyous moment, she shared in a statement to People at the time, "It's always been my dream to be a mother, and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other."
