Nicky Hilton Welcomes Sister Paris To 'Mommyhood:' 'There Is No Greater Love'

Nicky Hilton Rothschild welcomed sister Paris Hilton to "mommyhood" in a sweet tribute post on social media after her sister announced she recently welcomed her first child.

The fashion designer, 39, and mom of three, shared a sentimental throwback photo of the two sisters as young children on their mom Kathy's lap with a caption expressing her excitement for her sister's new chapter.

Rothschild's caption begins, "Welcome to mommyhood @ParisHilton! 👶🍼🧸." It continued to explain how excited she is for her sister's big news. "So so incredibly happy for youuu! 🥰 It’s the most beautiful ride. There is no greater love. You are going to be the best mommy. What a lucky boy! 💙"

Many of Hilton's family, friends and fans took to the comments to send their well wishes and congrats. Sister-in-law Tessa Hilton wrote, "The luckiest baby boy! 💙" as well as shared Hilton's announcement in her Instagram Stories.

"This is so beautiful, best news of 2023, I'm so happy for Paris and your family, she's gonna be a great mom!💙," one follower wrote. Another added, "That Baby Boy is already the most envied baby in the whole world. Imagine being born and seeing that PARIS HILTON is your mom!!!!!!"

Hilton and husband Carter Reum confirmed to PEOPLE on Tuesday that they welcomed their first baby via surrogate. "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," Hilton said. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."

Hilton announced her new chapter on Instagram with a simple photo of her baby boy's hand gripping her thumb captioned, "You are already loved beyond words 💙." The news surprised and excited many, with the photo quickly receiving more than 1.4 million likes and 24K comments.

"A BABY!!!!! congratulations so happy for you both!!," Chrissy Teigen wrote.  "So happy for you guys!!! 🤍," wrote Kim Kardashian. Her mom, Kris Jenner added, "Congratulations what a blessing!!!!! We love you!!!! ❤️🙏😍❤️"

Kimora Lee Simmons wrote, "Love you little Paris! Omg! You'll be such an amazing mama! Congrats to both of you!💗🙏🏼💕🐣🍼," and Lindsay Lohan added, "Congratulations!!! ❤️🙏❤️"

In December, Hilton revealed her plans to start a family and that she began the in-vitro fertilization process during the COVID-19 pandemic to PEOPLE. "We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down," she shared. "We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, ' This is perfect timing. Usually, I'm on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let's just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,' and we have tons of them just waiting."

The Love Rush fragrance founder and Reum, 41, tied the knot in November 2021, and wanted to enjoy some time together before starting their family. "We really wanted to enjoy our first year of marriage together as a couple, you know, before bringing kids into the mix," she said. "So now that we just had our anniversary, I can't wait for 2023."
