Britney Spears Shares Throwback Photos From Her 'Overprotected' Music Video

On Wednesday afternoon, the "Toxic" singer reflected on the good and the bad in her memoir "The Woman In Me." Although many of the "sad stories" in the book have made headlines, she wanted to make sure that fans know that there are also "beautiful and good stories" in her book as well.

"My book has a lot of sad stories and drama in it … I’m sure some are aware of that but just know there are tons of other beautiful and good stories in #TheWomanInMe but that’s not what the media decides to pick up all the time !!! Will Britney Spears Write A Sequel To ‘The Woman In Me’?

The Princess of Pop has hinted that she plans to release a new memoir in two deleted Instagram posts, even going so far as to say that she wants to release it next year. The focus on the new book will revolve around her relationship with actor Sam Asghari.

Although Britney had nothing but positive things to say about the “Special Ops: Lioness” actor in “The Woman In Me” – even going so far as to call him a “gift from God” – it seems that she has more to say on the subject since the 29-year-old actor filed for divorce on August 16, 2023. The divorce filing came after Britney had already signed off on the final draft of the memoir, according to reports.

Although Britney wants to share more about the breakdown of their relationship, she doesn’t intend to badmouth her ex. “Britney’s not looking to go after Sam,” a source told Us Weekly. “She just wants [to talk about] why the relationship broke down.”

Although their relationship "broke down," fans are still hoping that the two will get back together. This news comes amid a court warning the former couple to make a move on their divorce... or it might not happen!
