Tom Brady Mocks Former NFL Teammate Julian Edelman In New Post

Newly retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady has just dissed his former teammate, Julian Edelman, in his latest Instagram post.

Brady met NBA player Victor Wembanyama, who stands 7'4", while the former New England Patriot is just 6'4". Julian Edelman, who also played for the New England Patriots, is known for being one of the shorter wide receivers as he is just 5'10".

After meeting Wembanyama, Brady took to social media to share their photo together, while simultaneously mocking his former teammate.

The former NFL quarterback and future Hall of Famer took to social media earlier this morning, November 8, to share that he just met NBA player Victor Wembanyama. The two have a foot difference in height, making for a hilarious picture as Wembanyama towered over Brady.

"Awesome to meet you @wemby. Incredible young man," he wrote on social media, adding, "Usually I’d make some joke here about how I think I could get 10 and 10 against you, but let’s be real… you’d send my jumper into the club level ???."

But then Brady did, in fact make a joke, but it wasn't towards Wembanyama, it was towards his former New England Patriot teammate, Julian Edelman. "PS: @edelman11 This is how you felt all those years???," Brady wrote, mocking Edelman for his height.

Julian Edelman responded to the post, simply using a GIF of Michael Scott from 'The Office', as he said, "I am dead inside."

In a second photo of the post, entrepreneur Michael Rubin joined in, who stood next to both Brady and Wembanyama. It is not clear how tall Rubin is, exactly, but it does look like he is pretty close to Edelman's height.

Fans responded to the former wide receiver, having his back against the diss. "@edelman11 Ay man call Tom and tell him off ?? don’t take that abuse cause he’s Tom Brady ?," one fan replied to Edelman.

Another commented, "@edelman11 catching strays out of nowhere Jules, how could Tommy do this to The Guy that Caught The Ball in the Super Bowl?"

As another chimed in, "Why he gotta do Jules like that ???."

Another of Brady's followers wrote, "Poor Jules ???," while one user expressed, "Lmaoooo not Edelman caught a stray."

Tom Brady took to social media shortly after his NFL season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended to announce his retirement.

“I’ll get to the point right away. I’m retiring. For good,” the 45-year-old said in a video shared to social media. “I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning, I figured I’d just press record and let you guys know first.”

“I really thank you guys so much, to every single one of you for supporting me, my family, my friends, my teammates, my competitors, I could go on forever there’s too many,” Brady continued, holding back tears.

“Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn’t change a thing. Love you all,” he concluded.
