Alfallah and Pacino "have reached a compromised amount of child support in the interests of a peaceful resolution and consistent with their desire to maintain an amicable relationship for the best interest of their minor child," the agreement reads.

Interestingly, Noor Alfallah will have primary physical custody of their infant son.  It reads, that Noor "shall have primary physical custody of Roman, subject to (Pacino's) reasonable rights of visitation with and access to Roman on such dates and at such times to be agreed upon by the Parties."

But, they will share joint legal custody of Roman. In exercising joint legal custody, the two of them "shall consult with one another on all major decisions relating to Roman’s health, education, and welfare."
