It looks like Britney Spears is the latest addition to Jada Pinkett Smith's "Bad A-- Women Memoir Club."

Earlier this month, Jada, 52, dropped her memoir "Worthy" on October 17. The 41-year-old Princess of Pop dropped her memoir one week later, on Tuesday, October 24. However, the "Red Table Talk Host" doesn't see Britney as a competition. Instead, she congratulated her on the release of her memoir.

During the time of Britney's 2004 Onyx Tour, the two had filmed a video interlude titled "Mystic Lounge," which was shown to audiences during the concert. In her memoir, “The Woman In Me,” Britney lamented how little control she had over her career during her 13-year conservatorship, which lasted from February 2008 to November 2021. However, the 2004 Onyx tour took place years before her conservatorship even started.

The “Toxic” singer recalled the show was “rough,” calling it “too sexual, for a start.” She said that she wanted to push the envelope at the time because her ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, had just “embarrassed” her publicly with his “Cry Me A River” music video. The two dated from 1999 to 2002.

“My rebuttal onstage was to kind of go there a little bit,” she shared in her memoir, via Page Six. “But it was absolutely horrible. I hated it in the moment.” She ultimately concluded that her 2004 Onyx tour was “stupid” and confessed that she prayed “every night” that she would get hurt while performing so they could cancel the rest of the tour.

Britney got her wish when she fell and hurt her knee on the set of her “Outrageous” video. She had to undergo knee surgery at the time, which ultimately canceled the final two months of her tour. “I felt like I’d been manipulated into going straight back to work after the breakup with Justin because it was all I knew,” she wrote. “The Onyx tour was a mistake. But in my mind, I thought I should just do what I was supposed to do, which was work.”

In her memoir, "Worthy," Jada Pinkett Smith opened up on the infamous Oscars slap between Will Smith and Chris Rock over a joke the latter made about her hair loss condition, known as alopecia. One of the biggest revelations that Jada made was about her relationship with the "Independence Day" actor, claiming that although they have been married since 1997, they have actually been separated for six years - and were separated at the time of the infamous Oscars slap.

“We’re still figuring it out,” she told People magazine in an interview published a week before the release of her memoir. “We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other, and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
