Pop star Britney Spears deleted her Instagram account after admitting that she read headlines that she didn't like about her memoir.

Although "The Woman In Me" is not out until Tuesday, there have been a lot of reports about her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, including allegations of infidelity and an unplanned pregnancy.

It seems that all of the headlines about her memoir might have been too much for the pop star to take, as she deactivated her Instagram account on Friday night after saying that she didn't mean to "offend" anyone earlier in the day.

And you should not feel the need to explain yourself,” another fan shared.

“You don't owe anyone an apology; this is your experience and your truth. if people don't like how it affected you maybe they shouldn't have treated you that way.
