Paris Hilton Reveals That She Has Seen Britney Spears 'Recently'

It looks like Paris Hilton has been spending time with Britney Spears amid the release of her memoir, "The Woman In Me."

The "Stars Are Blind" singer has been pretty busy with her second wedding anniversary, her 9-month-old son, and the upcoming TV adaption of her memoir, but she still has time to celebrate her longtime BFF, who is releasing her own memoir next week!

On Wednesday, the busy entrepreneur spoke to Mona Kosar Abdi of Extra about one of the biggest bombshells from Britney Spears' memoir. On Tuesday, People magazine released an excerpt from the memoir that revealed that Britney had an unplanned pregnancy when she was dating Justin Timberlake from 1999 to 2002. After much consideration, the two decided to terminate the pregnancy when Justin decided that he "wasn't ready to be a father."

Fortunately, the "Toxic" singer had someone who could understand her struggle, as Paris revealed in her own memoir that she also had an abortion when she was 22 years old. “For me, it was extremely healing. It's very difficult to have to relive and remember things that you don't want to remember, but talking about it, I think, is really important, just letting it go, and also there are so many people in the world who've been through similar situations so it will make them feel less alone," Paris said of reliving the traumatic experience in her memoir.

She went on to say that she saw the "Circus" singer "recently." That being said, she described her daily life as "nonstop," adding, “I don’t think anyone has the same 24 hours in a day that I do.” She said that motherhood is her "favorite title" of all of the different things she does, adding, "Moms are superheroes. I love being a mom so much."

Paris and her husband Carter Reum went through a private IVF journey that led to the birth of their son, Phoenix, via surrogate earlier this year. “Phoenix is such an angel," she said of her baby boy. "He just turned 9 months old yesterday. He's getting so tall. He's about to crawl soon, so it's just so much fun seeing all these milestones.” Fortunately, her new baby boy has not impacted the love between the couple. “Carter is so romantic. He's always coming up with the most amazing surprises," she revealed.

Paris delivered some bombshell revelations in her own memoir that is now being turned into a TV series. She knows who is playing her in the series, saying, "I am so excited. I love the girl so much." However, she remained cryptic as to the identity of the actress, teasing, "That's a surprise."  She went on to say, “I’m just really proud of my memoir and that it touched so many people. And now to see it being turned into a TV series is pretty iconic.”

It remains to be seen if Britney's book will ever be turned into a memoir, but so far, the news of her unplanned pregnancy with the "Cry Me A River" singer is the biggest bombshell that has been released from the memoir in the week before its official release.

In an excerpt of “The Woman In Me,” released by People magazine, Britney stated that she didn’t think it was a “tragedy” that she became pregnant. “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” she wrote in her memoir. “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

“I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” she continued, adding, “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

After going their separate ways in 2002, "The Social Network" actor went on to marry Jessica Biel in 2012 and the two welcomed two sons together. Britney, meanwhile, went on to marry Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007. The former couple also welcomed two sons: Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden James, 17.

“Justin has been focusing on his own family and trying not to concern himself with Britney’s memoir,” a source told ET on Tuesday. “In recent years, Justin has tried to be supportive of Britney from a distance. They dated so long ago, but he still has respect for her. Justin and Jessica just want everyone to grow and evolve instead of continuing to bring up the past.”

Britney's memoir, "The Woman In Me" is scheduled for release on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
