Kevin Federline and his wife Victoria Prince were spotted in public for the first time since his first child with pop star Britney Spears turned 18, effectively ending child support for the eldest child.

On September 14, Sean Preston turned 18, which means that the "Oops!... I Did It Again" singer no longer has to pay her ex-husband child support for Sean.

The couple's younger son, Jayden James, is only 16, which means the Princess of Pop will still have to pay K-Fed child support for Jayden for a little bit longer.

On Wednesday night, the Daily Mail reported that Kevin Federline was seen out in public with his wife, Victoria Prince, for the first time since he moved to Hawaii on August 1.

The two reportedly packed on the PDA as they stood beside the ocean. He was wearing a black t-shirt with shorts and had his long hair tied back out of his face while she rocked a bikini top and black bottoms.

She wore a black baseball cap and sunglasses to hide her eyes from the sun and had her long blonde hair pulled into a single neat braid as the two spent time beside the ocean.

The two were photographed sharing a smooch on the beach as they walked barefoot along the shore. Although some say that K-Fed is looking to obtain more child support from the pop star, others say that K-Fed is just looking to enjoy time with his family away from the drama of L.A.

Britney Spears Reportedly Feels ‘Relieved’ To Stop Paying Child Support For Sean

On September 5, a source told the Daily Mail that Britney is “relieved” that she won’t have to pay K-Fed child support after Sean turned 18. “Britney is relieved that Sean is turning 18 on September 14 because she is tired of paying Kevin the insane amount of money he is getting,” a source claimed. “Britney is happy to help Sean and Jayden. There is nothing she wouldn’t do for her sons. But this would go directly to them after they turn 18 instead of Kevin.”

Fans have been concerned that Kevin decided to move to Hawaii to take advantage of a loophole that delays the end of child support until age 23, as long as the child is enrolled in an accredited college, university, vocational school, or trade school. However, as per the outlet:

“Under the revised statute 576B-611 (2016) if child support was established in another state then the state in which it was established has exclusive jurisdiction, stating verbatim: ‘In a proceeding to modify a child support order, the law of the state that is determined to have issued the initial controlling order governs the duration of the obligation of support.’”

Therefore, it looks like it is too late to renegotiate the custody agreement, which, in Sean’s case, ended on September 14.

In 2018, the “Toxic” singer had agreed to pay her ex-husband “thousands more a month in child support,” as previously reported by The Blast.

In May 2018, K-Fed claimed that he made less than one percent of what the Princess of Pop did. He said that the was only earning $3,000 a month and received $20,000 each mother - $10,000 per son – in child support.

In court documents published earlier in the year, he claimed that the “Circus” singer “earns in excess of $34,000,000 per year.”

“We think the reasonable needs for the children while they would be in Kevin’s custody is probably three times what he’s currently receiving,” Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told People magazine about how much child support he should be receiving.

However, another source previously told Entertainment Tonight that “Kevin wants a raise in money and he can’t account for where the $20,000 is going.” Kevin previously wrote in court documents that he needed more money because he was “no longer able to perform as a dancer due to my age, and I have not been as successful in putting out new music as I was in 2008.”

In 2013, Kevin married former volleyball athlete Victoria Prince. The two welcomed daughters Jordan Kaye and Peyton Marie. The former rapper and dancer is also a father to daughter Kori Madison and son Kaleb Michael with ex-fiancée Shar Jackson.
