P!nk Receives Backlash For Being 'Entitled' After Latest Announcement

Alecia Beth Moore Hart, known professionally as P!nk, announced last minute that she would have to cancel upcoming shows, sending her “sincerest apologies”.

Now, the "So What" singer is facing backlash, as some fans are calling her "entitled".

Fans were extremely upset after reading the breaking news from the "So What" singer, even calling P!nk "entitled".

"Pay all your fans back that flew and traveled a distance to get there. You’re an entertainer. Here we are entertain us. You think you’re entitled to having a private life," one fan wrote.

"I'm absolutely devastated. ?? I dont know how I'm going to financially recover from this," another commented.

As another fan chimed in, "It’s a pattern now and people spend thousands to be at that place at that time."

One of P!nk's followers commented, "Please ? another celeb-t--- canceling last minute. Way to treat your fans like ?️" as another chimed in, "Blah blah blah... family issues and screw the fans... especially the ones from other cities who have already booked flights and hotels."

Not all of her fans were attacking P!nk, as many others rallied behind the singer, telling her not to listen to the haters.

One user commented, "Good for you. I had to miss the show in Vegas because my Mom passed away and I was coming to this one but this is my affirmation that FAMILY IS FIRST and it is not time yet. I wasn't sure I was ready for that much joy yet. I will be at the next one for sure <3."

As another wrote, "Take care of you and the family, we know you dont cancel shows for any reason if not something really serious ❤️".

P!nk took to social media late Monday evening to share the devastating news that her two Tacoma shows will have to be postponed due to “family medical issues”.

“Tacoma Shows Postponed,” the post began. “I am so sorry to inform the Tacoma ticket holders that the two shows October 17 and October 18 (tomorrow and Wednesday) will be postponed.”

The singer, who is currently in the midst of her Summer Carnival tour, added, “Live Nation are working on future dates to reschedule. Family medical issues require our immediate attention. I send everyone my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. I am sending nothing but love and health to all."

P!nk then captioned the post by writing, “I send my sincerest apologies, love and health to all.”

The 43-year-old and her husband Carey Hart, 48, currently have two children together — Willow, 12, and Jameson, 6. It is unclear what the family emergency is at this time as no further details have been released.

This is not the first time P!nk has canceled her show as she previously postponed her show in Arlington, Texas due to a sinus infection. “I am so disappointed. You know I do everything in my power to never miss a show,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.

She concluded, “I hope to see you then, and again, am so deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.”
