Aaron Rodgers Shocks NFL World As He Arrives At MetLife Stadium

The last time Rodgers showed up at MetLife Stadium, he arrived by golf cart, holding onto his crutches. Today, however, that changes as Rodgers, who still arrived by golf cart, got up and walked at his own free will with no assistance of crutches at all.

Aaron Rodgers already made it known that he plans to play for the New York Jets again as just days after his surgery, he said “I think what I’d like to say is, give me the doubts,” on ESPN’s “The Pat McAfee Show.” “Give me the timetables. Give me all the things that you think can, should or will happen because all I need is that one little extra percent of inspiration. That’s all I need.”

“So give me your doubts, give me your prognostications and then watch what I do,” Rodgers added.

The Jets head coach Robert Saleh spoke out after Rodgers underwent his surgery, stating he hopes Aaron Rodgers will still make appearances around the club to help mentor and coach quarterback Zach Wilson, who has taken over the starting position. “I think it’s essential,” the coach said at the time. “I think it’s important for him. This is not the first time Rodgers walked around without crutches. The Blast reported just a few days ago that Rodgers was seen walking around the locker room without the assistance of crutches.

New York’s “All-Access” team captured images of Rodgers walking on his own, which were shared on the “Pat McAfee Show”. The photos were from October 1, when Rodgers was visiting his team at MetLife Stadium preparing to take on the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.

Rodgers was seen wearing jeans, a T-shirt and athletic shoes as he walked around the locker room without crutches. When one team official warned Rodgers to be careful, the future Hall of Famer responded with “chill out”.

The New York Jets quarterback is expected to be on the sideline of the New York Jets game today, helping to coach quarterback Zach Wilson.
