Bold Selena Gomez Fan Makes 2nd Attempt With UPDATED Boyfriend Application!

One of the perks of being as famous as Selena Gomez is getting everything you desire at your fingertips, including multiple dating requests.

A fan took the bold step of making his romantic intentions known to the pop superstar who recently disclosed the conditions prospective romantic partners must meet. This move isn't shocking and sure isn’t his first attempt at wooing the celebrity because who wouldn't want an adorable, talented, and strong woman like Gomez around them?

It all began as the 31-year-old posted a bare-faced selfie on her Instagram. The natural beauty looked drop-dead gorgeous as she lay in bed for a quick shot. The picture soon gathered over 5 million likes and 40 thousand comments, one of which included a carefully penned-down request from a fan.

Apparently, the fan took the lyrics on her new single seriously and shared his application as if it were a job interview. The commenter, who goes by the name @imjulianfrick posted an updated version of his earlier request, including his age, which may be a bit too young for Gomez.

The commenter then proceeded to state his height and his academic qualification- a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. He has loads to offer in the personality department, as he promised to make Gomez's grandparents laugh with his funny jokes.

The young man has a "sarcastic, lovable, and playful" humor with great talent in playing the guitar, making lovely dinners, and bursting impressive dance moves. He's an excellent masseuse and makes great decisions. However, he has never dated a celebrity, which means if Gomez considers his request, she'll be his first rodeo in the spotlight. 

Other cons also include "seasonal allergies," "a few bad investments," and popping pimples. He is willing to risk it all for the Disney alum, who looked incredible in a black T-shirt and kept her brunette hair in a messy updo with soft, curly bangs.

More fans showered the VMA winner with admiration in the comments as one fan wrote, "I love you Selena ???????," while a second added: Your hair just looks like mine ❤️. A third commenter admitted that the star looked "gorgeous and happy" as the fourth dropped lots of ring emojis "???????."

The fan with the application shouldn't rest on his oars just yet, as Gomez has pretty high standards that potential suitors need to look out for before making that move. The "Behaving Badly" actress boldly admitted to being single for this long due to her high-maintenance status but is willing to offer a few tips on crossing that hurdle.

Gomez cleared the air in a sit down with SiriusXM and stated that people tend to confuse high standards with high maintenance. The "Wolves" singer only added the "high maintenance" line in her "Single Soon" track for a bit of fun. On her dating requirements, she had this to say:

"I'm not ashamed to say I actually require x,y, and z for you to be with me," adding, "So in a way that was just meant to be for the attitude of the song, and that's genuinely how I feel."

Never the one to mince words, she perfectly describes her ideal man saying, "You gotta be cool, man, not cool in the sense that people think you're cool, you just gotta be nice and, like, please make me laugh and also just be good to my family and people around you."
