Was anyone uncertain if Kourtney Kardashian would prepare a stylish nursery for her unborn son with Travis Barker? Time for a change of mind!
The “KUWTK” alum who recently underwent fetal surgery just showed she has a unique nursery for her son with the Blink-182 drummer.
Recall that Mrs.Barker announced her pregnancy in June during the Blink-182 Tour. While it is unknown how far gone the expectant mom is, she just showed her over 224 million fans that she has her son’s room ready.
Kourtney Kardashian Shares A Glimpse Of Her Baby’s Nursery
The eldest Kardashian daughter has a penchant for exquisite interior designs and is following that pattern for her forthcoming baby’s nursery. Kourtney teased a sneak peek of her son’s nursery on her Instagram stories.
The picture she uploaded captured the large windows with sunlight pouring through. Close to the window was a sizable curved cot in a neutral color, indicating that the room would have a touch of neutral tones. The walls were pristine white, and the curtains were the same, too.
Alongside the snap, the Lemme founder asked her fans for recommendations on baby care. “What's the best place for a baby registry?" adding at the bottom,” the 44-year-old mom asked. She added, “Also need to know best stroller, car seat, anything new? I'll do all my favorites on Poosh once I dive in,” referencing her lifestyle brand.
The nursery update from Kourtney comes a day after fans bashed her for “glamorizing pregnancy” shortly after she had a fetal surgery. In her recent manner of sharing stunning bump pictures, the reality star dropped a series of striking photographs on her Instagram feed.
The black-and-white images captured the “KUWTK” alum sat on a chair, sweetly cradling her baby bump. She rocked a black bra with a high-neck lacy top and matching gloves. Kourtney finished the look with a black leather jacket and patent leather pants.
The Poosh founder captioned the post, “Pregnancy is so empowering.” Over a million admirers reacted to the upload with likes and comments. While some gushed about the beautiful mama, others slammed her in the comments for glamorizing her condition.
One such commenter opined, “Pregnancy doesn’t need to be glorified. It’s not glitz and glamor, that’s for sure.” Another critic commented, “Pregnancy is so glamorized. It’s beautiful but hard. Let’s talk about the hard more so girls don’t think of it just being this glamorous walk in the park.”

The ‘Kourtney And Khloe Take Miami’ Alum Disclosed She Had An Emergency Fetal Surgery
On September 6, “The Kardashians” star revealed that she underwent an emergency fetal surgery to save her unborn baby. Her update came hours after her husband canceled his tour dates to be by her side.
The socialite’s emotional post featured a picture showing her iv-strapped hands holding her husband’s hand. In the accompanying caption, the expectant mom briefly detailed the emergency procedure.
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” the TV personality’s message began. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”
Kourtney continued her message, highlighting her fear during the process. She stated, “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.”
Her caption ended on a grateful note, as she wrote, “Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
The Blink-182 drummer also posted about the emergency. He Tweeted, "God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday.”
