Chrissy Teigen Celebrates Returning to Workout Class, Takes On Pilates With Daughter

Chrissy Teigen is focused on staying healthy as her beautiful family expands. 

The TV personality and wife of celebrated artist John Legend has had her hands full these past few months, catering to her children's needs and newborn babies.

Five months ago, while she delivered her third child, Esti, the couple share two other kids, Luna, 7, and Miles, 5, making their family an even figure of six.

Notwithstanding the responsibilities that come with motherhood, Teigen seems to be doing a fantastic job balancing work and home life. And the best part is that she has the support of her first child, Luna.

Taking to her Instagram Story to flaunt her workout class, the mom of four revealed this was her return to the workout lifestyle in a long while. She posted a group picture featuring several women that partook in the Pilates class. In the snap, all the women donned gym attires and looked thrilled as they struck happy poses for the camera.

However, the star in the picture was little Luna, knelt on a wooden surface and struck the peace sign pose. She donned a purple two-piece ensemble consisting of a top and shorts.

Meanwhile, Teigen sported an all-black outfit featuring a top bra, leggings, and a sweater. She paired the fit, wearing black sneakers.

Captioning the post, the Cookbook author revealed, "So proud of us!! I haven't done a workout class in years because I am embarrassed ? and I really haven't worked for ??? but so excited to call @andreaspeir our workout queen for the foreseeable future"!

While the TV personality is keeping fit, she also has plastic surgery procedures on her mind! Previously in July, Teigen hinted at getting her body surgically enhanced and took to her Instagram Story to confide in her fans.

Starting on a light note, she shared a meme revealing a booth with two funny stations. The first station, tagged ''Pills and Surgery,'' had a long queue of cartoon-like people, while the other station, labeled ''Lifestyle change,'' was empty.

Teasing her fans about getting the procedure done, she added a funny gif of herself dancing in a robe to the queue on the ''Pill and Surgery'' station. She further captioned the post, writing, ''Me in Line.''

The 37-year-old's revelation about her plastic surgery plans might not shock some of her followers as she has been an open book about her facial procedures.

Two years ago, Teigen uploaded a video displaying the results of the cosmetic surgery she underwent for buccal fat removal. In the clip on her Instagram page, she pointed at her right cheek, emphasizing that she had worked on that part. She said, ''I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here.''

The ''Cravings'' author added that she quit drinking, making the results even more prominent. She further commented on her new look, stating, ''I'm seeing the results, and I like it.'' In her caption, she penned, ''No shame in my Dr. Diamond game.''

As earlier mentioned, the last time the ''Lip Sync Battle'' star opened up on getting any surgical procedure was in 2021. So it surprised the mom of four after a cosmetologist made a video about her, calling her supposed procedure ''botched.''

The doctor, named Dr. Kay Durairaj, caused a frenzy on social media after taking to her Instagram to claim that Teigen was a victim of botched cosmetics. In a since-deleted video, the medical practitioner posted a picture showing the TV personality's cheeks looking significantly larger. She titled the video ''Have you seen Chrissy Teigen's 'new face'?'' and dissected Teigen's enhanced beauty.

Although Dr. Durairaj noted that the post was not made out of ''mean intentions,'' the TV personality did not mince words when calling her out for spreading false allegations.

In response to the video, Teigen took to her Instagram Story to set the record straight. She reshared the unflattering video and clapped back at the medical practitioner for crediting her puffy cheeks to harmful fillers. 

Revealing how the video negatively impacted her, she wrote in her caption, ''You are rude as f**k, doc. I've always been honest; I've never had anything in my cheeks, so now I feel ugly and bad. Thanks!"

Teigen added, '''No mean intentions'??? But saying this could be your face if you do it wrong. You're a piece of sh*t. I gained weight.'' The embittered entertainer shared screenshots of fans' reactions to the cosmetologist's claims and sarcastically thanked the doctor for causing the backlash. 

Hurtful comments like, ''She's a bad person, this is just her karma,'' ''She got the face she deserves,'' and ''She was beautiful before. Not sure why she destroyed her face like that…,'' were displayed on her Insta stories.
