Shanna Moakler Gets A New Pair Of Nipples After Years Of Insecurity!

Shanna Moakler is letting her personal stuff spill out again! The former MTV reality star had an issue with non-pointy nipples.

Motherhood wreaks havoc on the body. Any woman who has carried a child can tell you that. Moakler is revealing how her body reacted to pregnancy after having her son Landon Barker. Her nipple was inverted.

“I noticed after I had my second pregnancy. Everything was different before I had [son] Landon [in 2003] — that kind of changed things,” she tells Page Six in an exclusive conversation. “That’s kind of poignant because I don’t think a lot of women know or realize there are a lot of options that they can do for it. But for me, it’s something I always wanted to do, it’s not something you’re really dealing with from day to day.”

When the model was finished having kids, she knew what she wanted to do. “It’s a band-aid procedure, but it definitely affected my self-esteem, and [is] definitely something that I was insecure about — especially when you’re intimate with your boyfriend,” she admits.

As hot as the blonde bombshell is, she wasn’t feeling herself at that moment. “I was always insecure about it, and wanted to do something because it’s in your face all the time.” She admitted that she was in fear thinking of the procedure.

She wanted to make sure she picked the right people to help her. She decided to “put her trust” into Dr. Justin Perez after waiting 19 years to do the procedure that wrapped up in 30 minutes. She praised the seasoned plastic surgeon.

“I’m really thrilled that I got to work with Dr. Perez for the sheer fact he was so open and honest about the entire procedure. One of the reasons why I went to him is because he does a more modern technique so when they [breast] still want to breast-feed they can still absolutely do that.”

Moakler is 48 now and admits that age has started to play a factor in the decision she makes. “Getting older is not easy,” she admits. “I think as I age — and go into my 50s and 60s — I probably will do small things to maintain, but right now I’m very comfortable with the procedures that I have done and where I’m at.”

Moakler continues on to share that she refuses to allow age or anything to hold her back any longer.

The single mom stays positive about her new boobs and the change it will bring to how she thinks about her body.

“It does not have to define who you are. It sounds cliché, but I believe age is just a number that’s part of me. At my age now … I actually think I look more beautiful than when I was in my 20s, but everyone deals with that kind of differently.”
