Following the birth of her daughter, Louetta Isle In April, Willis, the first daughter of Hollywood veterans Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, is sharing key lessons she has learned so far with mamas and mamas-to-be.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, the actress and new mom shared a powerful message to all mothers, reminding them of the importance of self-care and self-nourishment during the beautiful chaos that follows the birth of a child.

The Young Hollywood Award recipient emphasized the significance of prioritizing one's well-being, safety, and sanity while caring for a newborn. “Dear Mamas, allow me to remind you today….. you are Needed…Often, in the beautiful chaos that follows the birth of your little one, your own needs can become overshadowed,” she wrote.

Willis continued by highlighting the importance of nurturing oneself as an act of self-love and as a profound way to care for the little ones. However, she also emphasized that it's equally imperative to replenish those reserves to be the best version of oneself for the child. 

She went ahead to share her experience following the birth of her daughter, Lou. “In those early days after my sweet Lou arrived, I was in this daze of bliss and learning about this new little being.” “While every moment with her was a gift, I found myself fully immersed in giving all of me to her, inadvertently forgetting to care for myself in the process.” she continued

The “Hostage” actress went on to share the importance of comprehensive postnatal care by embracing a nourishing prenatal supplement regimen. Her solution during these troubling times was the prenatal multi capsules and powder. She concluded her post admonishing mamas and mamas-to-be that “optimal nourishment is an essential gift to yourself and your beloved baby, a testament to the love that envelops this extraordinary chapter of life.”

The advice seems to be working just great for the "Sorority Row" actress. Just a week ago, the Kentucky native delighted her fans with a flawless skin display in her latest Instagram post, leaving everyone gushing over how motherhood suits her perfectly.

The photograph she shared showcased her relaxing in a picturesque field surrounded by trees and a serene little river. Though the stunning scenery was captivating, what truly captured the fans' attention was the radiant glow on the actress's face, as she opted for a makeup-free look.

The star of "Return To Sender" displayed flawless and glowing skin, indicating that the birth of her daughter had indeed added to her natural radiance.

For the outdoor occasion, Willis chose to wear a loose-fitting smock white dress with a plunging neckline and frilled sleeves, exuding a playful and carefree vibe. The 34-year-old playfully captioned the photo as "In my magic forest." Unsurprisingly, fans wasted no time in showering the new mom with compliments on how stunning she looked. The Kentucky native went on to thank her mom for being a pillar of support and guidance throughout her journey from maiden to motherhood. As she became a mother herself, Willis realized the “endless well of love” that her own mother had always shown towards her and her siblings.

“I am filled with so much joy and gratitude. I have never been so happy in my whole life. I had dreamed of this day since before I was born,” Willis concluded her sweet message to Moore.
