Former "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" star Hannah Brown has announced a brand-new podcast, which will be available on SiriusXM, and will focus on a variety of topics such as mental health, relationships, self-care, and more.
Hannah Brown's New Podcast
The new podcast, which will launch on July 19, Hannah Brown says that she hopes to answer the challenging question, "Am I better today than I was yesterday?" She will do so by having guest hosts join her to talk about a variety of topics ranging from health and wellness to faith to self-confidence and care. She and her guests will also talk about love, mental health, relationships, and more.
In the teaser announcement, Brown says, "My absolute favorite thing to do is have a good, hard talk with my best friends, and yeah, that's you... [I'll] have a range of guests including top experts, artists, and entrepreneurs -- and honestly, sometimes people I just want to chat with."
She continued, "I'm also on the journey, so I won't have all the answers, but I do hope to provide raw, unfiltered takeaways and revelations that you also can relate to. This is for you and me. We can make it whatever we want it to be. Did that just rhyme? Let's go for it! We'll be better tomorrow."
The former "Bachelorette" star also spoke to Variety about her upcoming podcast, admitting, "Many people have experienced with me the most vulnerable and life altering -- for better or worse -- moments of my life."
"Because my audience is, in a way, an extension of my inner circle, I have had the unique opportunity to have millions encourage me and keep me accountable as I try to figure out life," she continued. "One of my favorite things to do is have an intimate and unfiltered talk with my besties and that's what this podcast will be."
"God Bless This Mess"
In 2021, the former Miss Alabama USA released a memoir titled "God Bless This Mess", which brought readers into her life as she told her story, including the good, the bad, and the ugly aspects.
"Writing a book I knew was going to be difficult and definitely an undertaking but I didn't prepare for how emotional and emotionally taxing it was going to be," Brown told ABC at the time of her book's release.
"I pride myself on being really honest and it was really important for me to talk about how their relationship, our relationship in our family and the things we've gone through in our family have shaped me as a person," Brown continued to explain.
Within the book, readers will learn about Brown's childhood, her modeling years, and even about the tragedy surrounding the murders of her aunt and young cousins.
"I wanted to take the time to remember them and the integral part that their life and death played in my life and my family's life," Brown continued. "This book was really powerful for my family, for all of us, to start talking about it openly with each other for the first time; it was a very hush-hush thing that we didn't talk about that happened to our family that obviously affected us all."
"God Bless This Mess" by Hannah Brown is out now.
