Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah's newborn son has one thing in common with the Kardashian babies.
More details about the tot's birth have revealed that the newborn was helped into the world by the same OB/GYN that Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian used when they welcomed their baby girls in February 2018 and April 2018 respectively.
Dr. Thais Aliabadi has been a renowned name in the medical world since she began her practice in 2002, helping multiple women, including those with weight and PCOS issues, have babies almost effortlessly.

While Dr. Aliabadi has proven her worth in the medical field, the praise Khloe showered on her after welcoming True could have also helped Alfallah's decision to work with her.
In case you missed it, the former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star had taken to her Instagram Story to gush about Aliabadi's gift when it came to helping her patients. Alongside a sweet black-and-white of herself and the doctor smiling, the mother-of-two began:
"In honor of tonight, I wanted to say thank you to Dr Aliabadi !! In my life, I have never met anyone in the medical field who treats their patients the way that you do!"
Khloe emphasized that the good doctor made people seeking her services "feel like they are your only client." She added:
"You are so kind, attentive, compassionate- I can go on and on but my point is I think you are absolutely incredible! Thank you for everything you do for myself and my family! Thank you for traveling to Cleveland weeks early and at the drop of a dime! You are the best!! May God bless you always."
The talented OB/GYN did not let the moment pass by as she reshared the praise on her Instagram page, writing beneath, "My patients are my friends, my family, and my life. Thank you @khloekardashian from the bottom of my heart for your kind words. You are a symbol of love, warmth, and kindness. True is so lucky to have such a wonderful loving family."
Besides traveling from her listed office in Beverly Hills to cater to her patients worldwide, the medical professional has dedicated time to building a long-lasting connection with them. In fact, the University of California alum, who also caters to a handful of royals, once addressed her relationship with her patients and their families, stating:
"It's that special one-on-one relationship with each and every child and their parents that makes me the happiest."
Dr. Aliabadi has also received multiple requests to be a subject matter expert on multiple television shows. So far, she has appeared on "The Doctors," "Face the Truth," "Total Divas," "Shahs of Sunset," Dr. Phil," "Paula Zahn," "Mr. And Mrs.," and "The Kardashians," where she is affectionately referred to as Dr. A.
Luckily, the Georgetown University alum did not have to leave her Beverly Hills environs to partake in the birth of Pacino and Alfallah's son. Per the birth certificate obtained by The Blast, the tot, named Roman Alfallah Pacino, was born at Cedar's Sinai Hospital, Los Angeles on June 6, 2023, at 1:41 am.
The 'Scent Of A Woman' Actor’s Son Will Not Be Pressured Into Acting
With Roman's arrival, Pacino officially became a fourth-time dad at age 83. The baby's birth was confirmed by the Oscar Award-winning actor's representative, Stan Rosenfield, who told TMZ:
"I am confirming that Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son, named Roman Pacino."
Barely two weeks after the occasion, the new parents were spotted at the luxury four-star Sunset Tower in Los Angeles enjoying dinner. While it was unclear if their newborn tagged along, the couple was seen in high spirits as they made their way to the car, and Alfallah drove off.
The couple appeared to have resolved their differences, especially concerning the drama surrounding Alfallah's pregnancy. As it turned out, sources close to the "Scarface" actor claimed that the pregnancy news surprised him since he was convinced he could not have any more kids due to medical issues.
Pacino ultimately asked for a DNA test, which has since verified that he is the biological father of the tot. With the knowledge that Roman has the "Dog Day Afternoon" star's blood flowing in him, many fans have begun wondering if he will follow in his legendary dad's acting footsteps.
That speculation was quickly laid to rest when TMZ caught up with Alfallah, and she clarified that her son will not be pressured to become a screen star like his father. As far as the 29-year-old is concerned, Roman "can do anything he wants."
