Bebe Rexha Declares "Numbers Don't Define Me" Before Releasing New Summer Anthem

Bebe Rexha took to Instagram, yesterday, once again addressing her weight gain and telling her haters that she doesn't care what they think about her.

Grooving to her song, "I'm Not High, I'm In Love" in a bright, metallic orange outfit, Rexha shimmied in front of the camera before raising both her middle fingers, ostensibly to the trolls!

She captioned the video, "I know I’ve gained weight. Humans go through fluctuations. Not gonna lie it does suck and bother me when I read some comments but it comes with the territory. I’ve been learning not to judge myself and accept myself while also trying to make healthier decisions in my life. What I have learned though is numbers don’t define you, your heart does."

Model Winnie Harlow was quick to comment, "Orange you glad.. the opinions of others make no difference in your life if you choose not to let ‘em ??❤️❤️❤️ love u gorge!"

Plenty of other fans also dropped in several appreciative comments, telling the singer that she looked amazing and curvy and all the more beautiful for it.

Earlier this month, Rexha kicked off June with a rather epic Tweet, that read, "Yes I’m in my fat era and what?"

With the tweet, she attached pictures of her belly, as well as Google searches related to her having gained weight.

Fans stand by her, deriding fat shamers with comments like:

"The fact that people still fat shame people without knowing what they’re really going through behind doors is disappointing and disgusting. Never judge a book by its cover. Cause you never know what we are really going through mentally that affects our physical health."

"Seriously when did people decide it was ok to comment on someone else’s body!! She is beautiful and her size does not change that whatsoever! Don’t listen to the haters your beautiful just as you’ve always been!"

On "The Jennifer Hudson Show" Rexha admitted that while criticism “comes with the territory” of being famous, the sheer public focus on weight gain "messes with” her.

The "I'm Good" singer said, "You don’t know what somebody’s going through, what they’re going through in their life, so it kind of is tough. But I feel like we’re in 2023 … we should not be talking about people’s weight."

Rexha's weight gain has happened because of a PCOS, polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosis, something that has always caused her to struggle with weight issues.

Rexha has also taken out a new song, "If Only I" with Loud Luxury and Two Friends, and it's a peppy dance number that fans seem to love, as they commented, "If only I could listen to this song even when I’m asleep."
