The cosmetic dermatologist is accused of illegally importing substances and allowing an unlicensed physician to work out of her office. While Armstrong has denied the allegations, the client is spilling the truth.

Carol Desmond has spoken up about her horrible experience with the former reality TV star. A lawsuit has officially been filed against Jennifer, her company Jennifer Armstrong M.D. and a retired doctor named Donald Woo Lee.

Desmond explicitly accuses the doctors of fraud and battery. And alleges that the set of doctors conspired together to obtain and use illegally imported substances and materials on her. She further explains that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) did not approve the materials for import or use in the United States into Armstrong's patients.

Armstrong has her practice in Newport Beach with other doctors and physicians who help her run the clinic, Still, Desmond claims that Lee performed medical-type procedures on patients despite not being a licensed physician.

She also noted that Lee lost his medical license "after a federal jury convicted him for committing several federal felonies, including healthcare fraud, using contaminated medical instruments on patients, and submitting false statements to the bankruptcy court."

The doc ruined her marriage to keep working (don't come for us, it played out on RHOC season 16), so she sure as hell isn't going to let a patient speak on her business without a rebuttal via her lawyer, of course, claiming that the patient hasn't even shown how she knows this information.

Radar Online obtained the statement, "In the present matter, the plaintiff fails to plead any facts that either Dr. Armstrong, Jennifer Armstrong, M.D., Inc. or Advanced Skincare Medcenter, Inc. touched her with the intent to harm. The totality of the plaintiff's allegations involves the alleged touching of her face by Donald Woo Lee at some when allegedly placing threads in her face."

The doctor spoke to Radar Online directly as well. "The patients were pleased with their treatment, and the before and after pictures document an excellent result. They both were treated with the utmost care and respect. The products used for their treatment were approved and commonly used for cosmetic procedures. Any questions or issues regarding Donald Lee should be addressed with his attorneys."
