‘RHOC’ Star David Beador Accused Of Spousal Abuse And Verbally Assaulting His Kids

Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David Beador is in legal trouble regarding an alleged physical altercation with his estranged wife.

The situation between the couple is very messy at this point. She is demanding that he be drug tested and submit to a psychiatric evaluation. According to the court documents obtained by Radar Online, Lesley filed a petition asking the court to force Beador to stay 100 yards away from her and the 2-year-old daughter they share, Anna.

This is an escalation from the last time Lelsey went to the police over her ex. In February, she accused him of physically attacking her and her mom, Diana. “Mr. Beador begged my mother not to press charges or get a restraining order so she did not do so. My mother sometimes stays with me to watch Anna in my home and Mr. Beador has expressed that he “hates her,’ reads the court report.

The incident put her in a state of fear, she wrote in the doc, “I believe my mother is in great bodily harm and is continually harassed by Mr. Beador.” She also wanted protection for her two children from a previous relationship.

She believes they are also in danger because she claims Beador has “called my children derogatory names, has yelled in their faces, and has kicked them out of our marital home many times.”

She also notes that the businessman has three rifles but has no idea where he keeps them. She wants the father of four out of the Laguna Beach mansion they rent for $17k a month.

In addition to wanting the allegedly unstable father out of her home, she wants the court to push him to pay child support, and spousal support, and take care of Lelsey’s legal fees including the $15k for her lawyers.

Lesley also claims that she was forced into a horrible deal after Beador filed for divorce from her. She says she feared for her safety and after David filed for divorce, they worked out a deal where she would move out of the Laguna Beach home they shared.

She would have a month to do that and would be given $40k to find that new place. They also had a custody agreement in place joint legal and physical custody of the one child they share together.

The reason why this now heading to court is because Beador is allegedly backtracking on his own deal. The former reality star has supposedly been ducking and dodging Lesley since making the deal.

Seeing as he has been acting erratic, she is requesting that he be drug tested and psychiatrically evaluated. Beador was allegedly at the Laguna Beach Police Station when one of his outbursts took place.

“Despite exchanges being at the Laguna Beach Police Department, David presents as erratic, volatile, angry, hostile, uncooperative, shaky, threatening, and not of sound mind.” Lesley says she should be given primary custody and Beador can have supervised visits.

In return, Beador has filed his own restraining order.
