Christopher Pushes Marisela Out Of The Closet On 'Temptation Island'

It didn't take long for a juicy secret to sneak out of one of the couples on "Temptation Island."

At the tail end of the first episode of season 5, Christopher Wells let something personal slip out about girlfriend Marisela Figueroa while they were chatting with a few of the single women. And she didn't seem too pleased about it.

Just when viewers thought the first episode of "TI" might end with no big secrets being revealed, it happened.

While chatting with a few of the single women with his girlfriend beside him on the couch, Wells, 30, let something really personal slip out about Figueroa, 24. It basically put her in a corner to just let out her big secret now before Wells slips up and tells all when she's not around.

When someone asked if Figueroa wants kids one day, Wells jumped in and announced that she wants something else. While you can tell she wasn't ready to let this secret out, after a little hesitation, she offered up her personal information.

"I want a sister wife," she said. I want a girlfriend. That's my dream."

Definitely seemed like she was not expecting that bit of information to sneak out so soon. Figueroa said she feels like her boyfriend overshares at times and talks a little too much. And after that secret being blurted out so quickly, it appears she's not wrong about that.

"He used my story to communicate with other females," she said before the episode ended. "I really don't know how I feel."

After her secret came out, she revealed that her family doesn't even know this about her.

Figueroa shared an Instagram Story on Thursday that gives a little more insight into what she said is a "sensitive subject and not something I ever really shared with others."

Wells also took to Instagram to share part of the clip with a caption that reads, "It would've come up eventually. I'm grateful that Marisela was in the room during the convo."

One of Wells' followers asked a question about the situation and Wells shared his answer in an IG Story.

"Did you not think it was wrong to expose your gf?" the follower asked.

Wells responded, "I did not. I have no issue being my authentic self. I grew up in a nonjudgmental household & what better time to bring it up with her right next to me. It's a respect thing. But simple minded ppl don't understand and that's okay. It would've come out."

Wells and Figueroa have been dating for two years, but have a history of being unfaithful. Wells is ready for marriage and believes that Figueroa is the one for him. And while Marisela fully believes he is her soulmate, she's not quite there yet and is having trouble moving forward from his past and letting go of some of the lingering resentment.

The two are hoping that they leave the island together and that their experiences there help to bring them closer together.

Will these two leave the island together or with someone new? That's the question on many fan's minds after watching the first episode unfold and end in such a big moment.

It's hard to tell if they are still together and in love based on their Instagram accounts. Before the first episode aired, Wells shared a video of them together to promote the episode. And while they are looking cozy and in love in the video, we don't know when the video was filmed.

Two weeks ago, Figueroa shared a video of their story to promote the series. Wells commented on the clip, "Oh this is gonna be so dope ??."

The rest of Figueroa's Instagram page is Wells' free other than a preview of the season.
