Gracie McGraw is setting the record straight about using the infamous celebrity weight loss drug, Ozempic.
The media personality rose to fame as the eldest daughter of the country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Last year, the Nashville native revealed she had been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Following the revelation, the entertainer has achieved a slimmer figure, which she happily flaunts on social media. In one of her bikini posts, the "It's Your Love" singer's daughter clapped back at a fan who shamed her for using the diabetes medication.
Gracie McGraw Fires Back At Critic Over Her Use Of Ozempic For PCOS
On Instagram, the former Tingo band lead singer shared two stunning images of herself in a two-piece swimsuit. The black-and-white snaps captured the Nashville native in a half-cup bikini top that gave viewers plenty to dribble over, while the bottom half featured a polka dot design.
In the first image, Gracie sat on a blanket, enjoying the warm rays of the sun washing over her skin in what appeared to be her backyard. The "There You'll Be" songstress's daughter had her hair tied up in a bun with two tendrils framing her face.
Keeping her eyes hidden behind dark shades, the 26-year-old turned up the heat by biting her finger while placing a free hand on her thigh, drawing attention to her toned legs. If viewers had not clicked the like button, the media personality secured their votes with another irresistible thirst trap.
For her second pose, the influencer laid down for a closeup. She seductively bit her lower lip while keeping her body elevated enough to show off her most significant asset, which threatened to spill out of the tiny bikini.
"It's a gorgeous day for narcissism!" the oldest of the McGraw brood captioned the tempting post. Impressed by her alluring images, several fans expressed joy at viewing the entertainer's beautiful pictures.
"You look great, and I'm sure you are feeling much better after addressing your health issues. Good for you!" someone penned. "It's not narcissism if it's art," another observed, while a third chimed: "Thank you for showing true love for yourself!"
While others praised the media personality, one social media user did not forget that Gracie had used Ozempic. This individual tried shaming the 26-year-old for jumping on the celebrity weight loss drug by calling her out for not adding it in her caption. "And Ozempic!" the critic wrote.
The "Mississippi Girl" songstress's daughter wasted no time clearing the air about her usage of the diabetes medication. The Nashville native stressed that she did not hop on Ozempic to lose weight; instead, it was necessary to help treat her PCOS.
The entertainer explained that she did not achieve her banging body without doing the proper work. Clapping back at the accuser, the former rock band guitarist's reply read:
"I did use Ozempic last year, yes. I am now on a low dose of Mounjaro for my PCOS as well as working out. No need to accuse when I have been open about it."
Tim & Faith McGraw's Oldest Daughter Revealed The Impact Of PCOS On Her Weight
Before butting heads with a fan about her Ozempic use, the oldest of the McGraw brood announced that she was prescribed the diabetes drug to treat her PCOS in 2022. The revelation came via a powerful Instagram post, where the 26-year-old got candid about her diagnosis.
The media personality explained that she had gotten four of the five characteristics of the hormone imbalance condition, noting that a person only needed two for a correct diagnosis. During her appointment with the endocrinologist, the Nashville beauty realized that PCOS might have contributed to her weight issues.
Gracie shared that her doctor had prescribed some medications to help regulate her body while keeping her healthy for the foreseeable future. The social media influencer said she would never have discovered her condition without fixing her mental health.
After stressing the importance of good mental and physical states, the "Standing Room Only" artist's daughter sent love to those in similar conditions and those suffering from other challenges. As for her prescribed drugs, the 26-year-old wrote:
"I was prescribed Qysmia and Ozempic (Ozempic is also given to patients who have diabetes, I am not diabetic, So I do not know how it works in that regard)."
