Rapper DaBaby's Baby Mama DaniLeigh Arrested After Alleged Hit And Run

DaBaby’s baby mama DaniLeighwas just released on a $9,000 bond for her involvement in a DUI that resulted in a hit and run.

The singer was arrested on Tuesday morning in Miami for driving under the influence, hitting a car that injured one person, and leaving the scene. According to the police report, witnesses saw DaniLeigh swerving at high speed.

She was then seen hitting someone riding a motorscooter and dragging the moped for about a block—another witness called over down a nearby police officer who then initiated a stop.

The officer’s report claimed that the 28-year-old stunk of alcohol. When a field sobriety test was issued, she failed. She was then administered a breathalyzer, for which she blew 0.145 and 0.148 on the test.

The choreographer was way above the legal limit; she was nearly twice the legal limit. She was arrested and taken into custody around 8:15 am Tuesday at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Her charges included driving under the influence, leaving the crash scene with serious bodily injury, and property damage. Her victim was taken to the nearby Ryder Trauma Center in Miami. His injuries included a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.

She bonded out on a $9,500 bond and has not commented on the incident since her release. DaniLeigh shared a few snaps of herself ahead of her DUI and was living it up!

The “Easy” singer’s last post ahead of her DUI was of her kicking it poolside. She shared photos of herself in a bikini in and out of the pool. She was genuinely having a great time on the beach, riding a horse, in a lake.

She captioned her good time, “I’m outta town thugging w my rounds ???.” The mom of one was kid free for the weekend and wanted,d to let her hair down. But maybe, she let it down a little too much.

DaniLwigh has been focusing on her singing career lately, performing at U.S. venues and even releasing a new single called “Tasty.”

The singer famously had a baby with rapper DaBaby a few years ago. This led to a lot of drama and a fight between her brother and DaBaby, who was disrespecting the singer using his social media and other ways.

The fight made headlines, and since then DaniLeigh hasn’t said much about the “Suge” rapper or his involvement with their daughter. Her name is Valour, and she has her own IG.

Which is now being flooded with hateful comments about her mommy going to jail. “On her way to bail out, Mommy,” joked one follower. “Mama going to jail, Pookie,” wrote another inappropriate follower.

As if this toddler is going to read these comments and respond. The singer has been off of her socials since being released from lockup.
