The newlywed athletes — Simone Biles and her husband, Jonathan Owens — are still creating memories after they tied the knot in April.
Within three years, the artistic gymnast and the NFL Star moved from meeting on a dating app named Raya in March 2020 to getting engaged in 2022 and later saying their vows twice last month. Watching closely through this romantic passage, the sweethearts have been so engrossed in each other.
Hence, it was no surprise when the couple was in 'vacation mode' during their Memorial Day gateway. The Olympian shared little snippets of their romantic getaway on social media, from fancy boat rides and a perfect sunset to sightings of her beau's impressive physique.

On Monday, the 26-year-old Texan uploaded a three-frame post of the couple's Memorial Day 'staycation' in Wisconsin on Instagram. In the first pic, the two embrace each other on what appears to be a speed boat. The newlyweds seemed lost in each other's worlds and couldn't keep their hands off each other.
The former Arizona Cardinals player flaunted his bare upper body and adorned his hands with a wristwatch, diamond rings, and hand chains. Meanwhile, his wife, who sat on his thigh facing him, sported denim shorts and a striped brown-and-white bra top with a black bucket hat and ankle socks.
The star gymnast affectionately placed her arms around her husband's neck while Owens placed his arms around his wife's lithe waist as she took in the view. The next snap showed the boat dock and a stunning sunset, while Biles' third pic revealed her good-looking man dressed in a black and white net-like shirt and above-knee-length black shorts.
His outfit complimented the dark-framed sunshade he wore. The 2015 Team USA Female Olympic Athlete of the Year winner wrote the caption, "postcard from the door county," and tagged Owens in the post.
Her followers flocked to the comments section to gush over the happy couple. "Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!" one person wrote. Another chimed in and said, "Yeah!! Love that you're experiencing all the beauty [W]isconsin offers!!"
The trip to Wisconsin comes on the heels of their second destination wedding trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where they also had their honeymoon. As the married couples continued to soak up the remaining moments of their honeymoon vacation, they didn't fail to give fans a glimpse at it with some raunchy images.
The doting wife took to her Instagram page to share a striking image featuring herself and her hunky groom in matching Fendi Reversible Fendi 'FF' swimsuits. Biles' one-piece ensemble displayed her toned and sculptured figure. She paired her swimsuit with a nude Fendi bucket hat and gold necklace.
The Houston Texans Safety, on the other hand, looked ripped in the Fendi men's shorts with his other accessories— a black face cap, silver necklace, brown slides, and a pair of sunglasses.
The lovebirds stared into one another's eyes and cozied inside their well-decorated shed featuring cushion chairs, a smart TV, and an unusual chandelier. Tagging her hubby in her post, Biles wrote in her caption, "Married girl summer ?."

Vacationing in Wisconsin was a much-needed break and quality time for Biles and Owens, as the football's strong safety recently signed with the Green Bay Packers team in the same state.
However, the move of the 27-year-old NFL star cut short the couple's honeymoon. Although his wife was happy for him, there were mixed feelings. She sent him off with teary eyes. The new Mrs. Owens' feelings differed from her initial reaction to the St. Louis native's signing.
The Presidential Medal of Freedom honoree shared a snapshot of herself posing with a joyless expression inside a car. In the sad photo, the Texas Women's Hall of Fame inductee's eyes were visibly swollen while her hair was in disarray.
Expressing why she looked dreary, the Ohio native wrote over the post that she had to say goodbye to her husband. "Bawled my eyes out this morning when Jonathan left for Green Bay," the Laureus World Sports Award recipient confessed— adding that she was "a mess."
