Sharna Burgess has one relatable mom moment as her son, Zane, approaches his one-year milestone! 

While it feels like it's only yesterday since the "DWTS" champion and Brian Austin Green welcomed their son, it's almost a year. As time passes, Burgess couldn't help but feel emotional about how her son is growing up so fast.

Sharna Burgess Gets Teary As Her Son Approaches His One-Year Milestone

The mom of one took to Instagram to express her feelings of wanting time to pause while she enjoys her boy being a baby. She uploaded a carousel filled with pictures of her cute toddler. The adorable boy was seen eating a lamb chop on the first slide. Dressed in a cute onesie, the little boy determinedly held onto the meat which was half eaten.

Later inclusions in the slideshow showed Zane in different poses, still munching on the meat. The carousel ended with a cute clip of Burgess playing with her boy. Alongside the pictures, she penned an emotional message expressing her love for her boy.

Burgess wrote, "11 months today, I get emotional knowing you're about to be a year old. My beautiful baby boy is filled with curiosity and wonder." She continued her message, sharing insight into her son's personality. 

She continued, "You demand independence but love sharing with others. I see your heart, and it's beautiful. I'm so lucky that I get to witness who you grow into. But… if you could slow down a little, I'd love that too."

The dance judge further shared more of her son's likes and how similar their likes are. "Loves a lamb chop like his Mum; I have photos almost identical of me doing this very thing. The last slide is a video that I can't get enough of. Just us playing, being us, and doing our thing."

Concluding the emotional post, she wrote, "As he grows, playtime gets more and more fun. The giggle fits are my favorite. Daddy and the kids will be here soon, and we are counting down the days. 🙏🏻♥️"

Burgess and Brian's son has been hitting milestones lately, and the proud mom was more than happy to share the updates with her followers. Last week, the toddler took his first trip to the beach while visiting Australia for the first time, and the Ballroom dancer posted clips of them enjoying the beach together.

The pro dancer wrote in the caption, "All the firsts – Watching him discover (eat) sand, the awe and wonder on his face as waves roll up to his feet and the excitement at watching them crash further out."

"My heart is full," she continued. "Sharing my love of Australia and the beach with him has been soul food for me."

The 'DWTS' Alum Shared Sweet Moments With Her Son In Australia 

During the pair's memorable visit to her home country of Australia, the doting mom serenaded her over nine hundred thousand followers with cute moments of her son. Mom and son rocked matching looks in a cozy sweatshirt and joggers in the upload. In the second slide, Zane was spotted holding an Australian flag. 

Captioning the post, the Australian dancer detailed why she loves to capture moments of her boy. The 37-year-old stated, "The memories I have forever kept will remain in high definition even when my recollection doesn't. To watch me with him and him with me in the simple moments.. nursing, reading, eating, playing, or exploring… it's beautiful." 

She continued outlining how helpful it has been since she began documenting moments with her boy. She said, "I honestly thought I would remember EVERY SINGLE detail of Zane's life so far, but I watch back videos and realize how much I've forgotten in only ten months."

At the end of her lengthy caption, the Tv host urged her fans to document more of themselves. She told fans, "So start filling your camera roll with YOU and your littles, even when it feels silly or embarrassing, because you'll be grateful you did in the years to come. And so will they."

Several of Burgess' followers concurred with her message. One fan remarked, "I'm always thankful that my mom took many pics of us growing up. It helps keep those memories alive. ❤️.”
