Jessica Simpson Accused Of Using Daughter To Show That 'She Weighs Nothing'

Jessica Simpson's weight is up for debate once more on social media! 

The "Employee of the Month" actress shocked everyone with her tremendous weight loss in 2020. Over the years, she has continued to drop more ounces, which has sparked fan concerns. 

The actress recently flaunted her weight in pictures featuring her eldest daughter Maxwell Drew, and fans are alarmed that she has an ulterior motive for her daughter.

Over the weekend, the singer uploaded pictures of a hangout session with her eleven-year-old daughter on Instagram. The duo visited Third Man record studios in Nashville. One image from Simpson's post showed her posing alone in front of the studio's building. She rocked a multicolored print Jacket pairing it with a tank top and black pants. 

Another photo on the post was a mirror selfie of Simpson in the studio, and the last photo on the carousel captured the mom of three up in her first daughter's arms, with the duo flashing cute smiles for the camera. This photo, in particular, left several tongues wagging as they questioned how the little girl could carry her 42-year-old mom.

One fan opined that the mom had an underlying intent to the picture. The fan stated, "Why is her kid always holding J in pics? Feels like she's trying to show she weighs nothing."

Another fan wrote, "I just can't shake the feeling that something is wrong here. I pray God heals you and whatever struggles you're going through." A third curious observer wanted to know Maxwell's strength. "Is your daughter holding you up? How strong is she," the observer asked. 

More thoughts about the picture kept rolling in as some observers thought the image to be improper. A fourth critic remarked, "Am I the only person who thinks it's strange when the "mom" is having her "child" holding her? She's like 12 and holding her mom's frail frame.... not a good look, Jess!"

One fan declared, "That's a strange-looking picture... I have always been a fan, but something's wrong with this picture. You just don't look right," while another worried spectator said, "I think it's strange that your 11-year-old can hold you." Another spectator echoed similar concerns. "Ugh, when you weigh less than your daughter, that is strange!"

This fan observed, "The daughter holding her pictures... weird flex and attention seeking," while this fan advised the singer to "put some weight back on. Looked healthier that way, IMO."

Fans seemingly had concerns about the picture because Simpson had uploaded a similar view when she celebrated her daughter's 11th birthday. In the shot, the pre-teen carried her mom effortlessly as they posed outdoors. However, at the time, fans didn't share any negative thoughts about the image.

Alongside the photo, the "I Wanna Love You Forever" singer penned a lengthy tribute, showering love on her daughter. She wrote, "On May 1, 2012, my firstborn, Maxwell Drew Johnson, arrived into this life as a sentient being seemingly not of this world. In the purest form, her mind, heart, and soul ascended from the grace of heaven to shine in profound ways."

Simpson further shared how her young girl had used her birthday wish. According to the actress, "Maxwell's birthday wish was for her Papa Joe's bone cancer treatment to work. It did." 

While Simpson's weight is up for question on social media, her looks have also caused similar adverse reactions from fans. Last month, fans called out the Tv personality for posting overly edited pictures. 

The photos, which caused an uproar, showed the award-winning actress flaunting her flawless skin with heavy makeup as she gave a seductive pout. In the caption, the "Duke Of Hazzard" star wrote, "Some days ya just have to feel your intention and let it shine." 

Within minutes, critics filled the comments section with claims that the image was edited. "So edited it's almost AI," a fan stated, while another inquired if the fashion designer had her face remade.

"She doesn't even look like herself," a third pointed out. A fourth social media user penned: "That looks nothing like Jessica," while an individual joked about the blonde beauty's looks. "Did Jessica Simpson get swapped and replaced?" the fan joked. 

More users found the new look humorous. "Oh, for Pete's sake… Who is this?" another person laughed, and another quipped, "That's not Jessica Simpson..…lol."

"You intend to look constipated?" one other joke read, while a concerned fan left a sweet message to implore the Ascap Pop Music Award winner to accept her natural beauty.
