UPDATE
4:08 PM PT: According to the documents, Commerford accuses Aleece of showing up "uninvited and unannounced" to a home he was crashing at, allegedly gaining access to a Porsche that was parked at the house and then ramming the garage door of the house in order to illegally gain access to the residence.
Commerford says Aleece made her way into the house and "screamed" as she made her way inside. He says once Aleece located him inside the home, she allegedly "viciously assaulted" the rocker with her iPhone and "fists" that caused severe injuries to his face and body.
He also provided bloody photos of the injuries as evidence in the court filing.

He says Aleece then began to attack the person who owned the residence, but she fled the scene when police arrived. Commerford says the police response was delayed due to the California wildfires but claims Aleece was later arrested at her home.
The request for a restraining order was granted, and Aleece must 100 yards away from Tim and any venue where his band is booked to play or rehearse. She's also ordered not to disparage him in front of their children, and not interfere with visitation to the children.
They're due in court next month.
One day after his wife filed for divorce, Rage Against the Machine bassist Tim Commerford has gone to court for himself and is looking for a restraining order.
The rockstar, who was also part of Audioslave and Prophets of Rage, filed a request Friday for a domestic violence prevention restraining order against Aleece Commerford.
The Blast broke the story, Aleece filed to divorce Tim and claims she split with the rocker on Tuesday. She also requested sole physical custody of the couple's two sons, Xavier and Quentin.
It's currently unclear what Commerford's allegations are against his estranged wife, or why he would need protection.
