According to the Daily Mail, Rymir Satterthwaite, 30, has accused the Roc Nation rapper of abusing the legal system for more than a decade to evade taking a DNA paternity test.

Satterthwaite has been trying to prove that he's Jay-Z's illegitimate son for the past nine years but has been met with several roadblocks. He has now taken the case to the supreme court to see to the unsealing of the case and to force Jay-Z to take a paternity test.

He told the publication that all he wanted out of this was to see "justice served" and that he'll go to great lengths to ensure that it happens and for the rapper to acknowledge him as a son.

"This is not going to be over until justice is served," he said. "I just want to live my life, and when it is all said and done, I hope that Jay-Z would want to be a part of my life if that is God's will. I won't stop fighting for this until I win. And I will win because the law is on our side."

Meanwhile, according to the publication, Jay-Z's lawyer denied Satterthwaite's claims, saying, "The allegations have been previously reviewed thoroughly by the courts and have been refuted. I am sure that will be the outcome of whatever filings Mr. Satterthwaite may consider."
