HGTV’s "Rehab Addict" star Nicole Curtis and her baby daddy have been hit with a gag order prohibiting both sides from talking publicly about the other or their son.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge's order prohibits both Curtis and Maguire from speaking to the media in any form about the case or personal matters of the other party.

The order bans Curtis and her ex from posting their kid on social media or allowing their son to be filmed by the media.

The judge amended the travel provision in the custody deal that ordered both parents to inform the other seven days in advance of international travel.

Nicole Curtis was ordered to pay Maguire $2,000 in attorney fees. The gag order was signed by both parents.

Maguire filed docs last month accusing Curtis of violating their custody settlement by traveling to Mexico and only telling him an hour before she left. He took issue with her social media posts and pleaded for a gag order.

He even called Curtis “a former reality television personality” who has “continued to post disparaging and false comment” about him and his parenting of their son on her social media accounts. He accused her of using their son as a “publicity opportunity to stay relevant in the entertainment industry.”

Curtis fired back denying his claims of breaching their deal and claimed to have informed him of the Mexico trip.

She claimed to have originally asked for a gag order in the case but Maguire refused to consent to it.

She took issue with the allegation of attempting to thwart Maguire’s parenting time by falsely claiming their son was sick. Curtis denied this every happened and called the allegations "self-serving."

Back in October, Curtis and Maguire reached a settlement over custody that prevented them from having to battle it out in a scheduled court trial.

The agreement states the two will now share joint physical and legal custody of their three-year-old son, Harper.
