Last month, Disney changed its Park Pass system for Annual Passholders after they, especially locals, voiced frustrations regarding this system. After making changes, Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholders can enter a theme park without a Park Pass reservation after 2 p.m.

Now, even more flexibility is coming for its Annual Passholders and Cast Members as Disney announced new "Good-To-Go" Days.

"In 2024, we plan to offer select days on which our Annual Passholders and Disney cast members may visit Walt Disney World theme parks without needing a park reservation," Disney reported. "Once introduced, we will roll out these good-to-go days continuously. This will be in addition to the recent update, which allows Passholders to visit the theme parks after 2 p.m. without needing a park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom Park. Good-to-go days may vary by park, and pass block-out dates and capacity limitations continue to apply like they do today."

More details surrounding "Good-To-Go" days will be released in the upcoming weeks/months.

Next, beginning with park visits on January 9, 2024, Guests with date-based tickets will no longer be required to make a Park Pass reservation. "When getting your ticket, you will simply select a start date for January 9, 2024, or later, complete your purchase, and then you will be all set," the company announced. "For reference, date-based tickets are the standard option we offer guests; for other admission types, including non-dated tickets, theme park reservations may be required to help us manage attendance and deliver a great experience for everyone."

It is important to note that all other ticket holders still need a Park Pass reservation to enter a theme park — aside from Annual Passholders if visiting after 2 p.m. Last month, Disney changed its Park Pass system for Annual Passholders as they can now enter a theme park without a Park Pass reservation after 2 p.m. — except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom Park.

Additionally, Disney announced the popular Disney Dining Plan, which allows families to prepay for their sit-down meals, quick service meals, and snacks to enjoy their Disney World vacations with less financial stress, which will return next year. With the return, Disney has also announced they will offer not one but two dining plan options.
