She followed up the clip on her page with another image on her Instagram story. She reposted a screenshot of a Facetime call between Carter and his best friend, Marie Catherine Huntley, from her page, which was tagged, "6 months since our last Facetime 😞."

Last month, Martin looked like she was finally getting some closure when she opened up after the "Blacklisted" singer's cause of death was made public. In response to the news of the official autopsy report, she took to her Instagram story to share a poignant tribute to the late star.

The post featured a simple yet powerful image of a small cross placed in the grass, seemingly in front of his home. Emotional and heartfelt, the image featured a small symbol with his name, date of birth and death, and his signature, "Love," in the center.

The poignant picture was deeply personal, and the accompanying caption, "My Love 💔," spoke volumes about her feelings. According to the report, the 34-year-old passed away from drowning in his bathtub while under the influence of a potent mix of aerosol duster and the sedative Xanax.

It went on to note that he was discovered unresponsive and submerged in his bathtub by a housekeeper, who had tried to serve him coffee. The document also stated that he drowned because "Mr. Carter became incapacitated while in the bathtub due to the effects of inhaling compressed gas and taking alprazolam." This left him unable to breathe, ultimately leading to his passing.
