Heather Rae El Moussa Honors Tarek's Mom In Touching Birthday Tribute

It was a good day for the El Moussa family when one of their own, Tarek's mom, Heather Rae El Moussa's mother-in-law, turned a year older.

Dominique El Moussa, the celebrant, received Queen treatment from her daughter-in-law and son, who had nothing but immense love to send her way. The reality TV couple took to their social media account to share sweet, cuddly posts of the beautiful grandma with heartwarming messages.  

The 35-year-old took to her Instagram story to share pictures commemorating the blonde matriarch's big day. The images showed the special bond her husband's mother shared with her family. The first post revealed the in-laws- Heather & Dominique in a cuddling embrace. Heather donned a white strapless gown with matching-colored heels.

The dress's material at the bottom had some crystal-like embroidery on it with a thigh-high slit in front, while the top was a girdle. The reality star accessorized the outfit with simple pieces of jewelry and glam.

On the other hand, Tarek's mother rocked a body-hugging knee-length black shimmering dress with black sandal heels. The gown had one long sleeve, exposing one side of her shoulder. In the caption, Heather wished her "beautiful Mother-in-law" happy birthday.

A swipe to the right revealed the doting grandmother with her son's newborn. She sat on a nursing chair and held onto baby Tristan, who was wrapped in a grey blanket with a binky in his mouth. Across the post, the mom-of-one appreciated her in-law for helping her through the "newborn stage." She wrote:

"Thank you for being such a wonderful Grandma to all your grandchildren; I couldn't have gotten through the newborn stage without you ?." 

The last picture the former model used in commemorating the celebrant featured the threesome- Heather, Tarek & his mother- In the photo; they looked like they were at a restaurant as they dressed in casual fits. Heather captioned the post, writing, "Love you so much! Can't wait to celebrate you ?."

Likewise, the "Flip or Flop" alum did not hesitate to celebrate his mother. He took to his Instagram page to share a short clip of an audience of people at "The Flipping Submit," singing a birthday song for his mother, who stood on stage with him.

The caption of the post celebrated Dominique wholeheartedly. The real estate investor began by giving his best wishes to his mom, then he wrote about how committed she was to her kids even when busy. Tarek explained:

"Just a little backstory- my mom worked two jobs while I was growing up, and I always looked up to how hardworking and strong she was. The thing I think I admired the most, though, was the fact that no matter HOW busy she was, she would always drop everything for her kids."

The HGTV star continued to give her flowers for instilling in him the qualities to be a better father to his children. Also, he talked about her sweet nature to himself and his friends.

"That's something I have always tried to do for my kids, too:) She was known as the mom-to-all since she would always have everyone at our house or drive me and all my friends around town," he wrote. Finally, he invited his followers to show his mom love in the post's comments.

Before this birthday post, the "Love in the Time of Monsters" actress shared a throwback Instagram post featuring a surprise for Dominique. In the video, Tarek described his mother as frugal when spending on luxuries, which always led him to buy her a new safe car for her to drive.

Afterward, the couple presented a new shiny red car to the 68-year-old when she descended the stairs. Secondly, they revealed they were expecting a child by her to the car's boot, where a box was placed beside a cute white onesie. 

Like her husband's mother, Dominique, the Netflix star's parents were helpful and supportive during her pregnancy. In a previous post by The Blast, Heather posted a then-pregnant picture of herself in between her parents.

In the accompanying caption, she praised her parents and discussed her motherhood experience. The TV personality partly wrote, "You can never fully prepare for mommyhood but lucky to have my parents as role models ?? also so lucky to have my sister @jennayoungpiper as a role model."

"The  Internship" actress also noted that her sister's children had met her son and hoped they would become best friends, just like she and her sister are. Heather then disclosed that her parents could not follow her sister to California because of the insane weather.
