No labels allowed! Diddy and Yung Miami continue to enjoy a unique relationship without a definite title weeks after the City Girls rapper confirmed their separation.
The on-and-off-again couple has been keeping fans on their toes regarding their romance as they refuse to label themselves lovers. When the female rapper gave us closure by announcing the end of their entanglement, the duo surprised us with their Met Gala date.
The pair attended the prestigious fashion event looking every bit like the item they claim they are not. Yet when interrogated about their current status, the hip-hop legend could not help but break a sweat. What is going on between the dynamic duo? Keep reading to find out.
Diddy Gets Flustered While Addressing His Relationship With Yung Miami
Things heated at the Metropolitan Museum of Art when the “I’m Coming Home” artist and his voluptuous date strutted down the iconic red carpet for their Met Gala debut. Before diving into their spectacular ensembles for the evening, the pair had a viral moment that made headlines.
While flaunting their fashion tributes to the late Karl Lagerfeld, the pair stopped to be interviewed by one of Vogue’s representatives for the night, LaLa Anthony. The “Power” actress, known for her outspoken personality, did not shy away from grilling the 53-year-old about his feelings for the younger entertainer.
As seen in a video shared on Twitter, Diddy looked a little overheated as the TV personality asked him if he was officially dating the 29-year-old musician. Wiping sweat from his brows, the record producer tried to direct Anthony’s query to his date.
However, the interviewer was not deterred as she kept asking if the NAACP Image Award winner had it “real bad” for Yung Miami. Meanwhile, the “Twerk” songstress kept smiling as she watched her alleged beau flustered by the question, chiming in when the Hip-hop icon described her as his “date for the night.”
“Yeah, it’s just a good date night, you know?” the media personality said, finally encouraging the New Yorker to address what was happening between them. Seemingly stating that they were more than friends, the father-of-seven raved:
“We don’t put titles on it. Everybody wants us to put titles on it. We don’t put titles on it. This is like my best friend in the world. One of the most beautiful people God has blessed me to meet, and I’m blessed that she’s my date tonight.”

After praising the one-half of the City Girls duo, Diddy requested a napkin to wipe off his sweat, claiming his cape was hot. However, Anthony’s interrogation skills might have contributed to the 53-year-old’s uncomfortable situation.
As for the self-proclaimed best friends’ outfits to the Met Gala, the “Hello Good Morning” artist shared pictures of their fantastic ensembles on Instagram. The snaps captioned “About last night…LOVE,” gave off romantic vibes with the pair’s matching outfits.
The Bad Boy Records founder’s all-black look featured a buttoned-up collared shirt underneath a large cape designed with beads and floral details. Diddy accessorized with gloves, a bead necklace, sunglasses, plus complimentary pants and shoes.
On the other hand, Yung Miami flaunted her curves in a revealing number. The 29-year-old rocked a unique mesh dress designed with a statement feathered neckline that enveloped the rapper like a cone. The outfit’s front and back featured several strands of pearls, while the bottom was completed with a long train.
The ‘Caresha Please’ Host Claimed The Record Producer Was Not Her Man
Last month, The Blast reported that the media personality got candid about her relationship with Diddy in a heart-to-heart interview. Opening up about their situations, the 29-year-old revealed they met through business.
According to the songstress, the 53-year-old inspired her to launch the podcast “Caresha Please,” following her appearance on Justin Laboy’s show. Surprisingly, the New Yorker also served as the program’s first guest, where the duo talked about their relationship.
When asked about the current status of their entanglement, the “Flewed Out” rapper revealed that the duo had parted ways on a good note. “We’re still friends! We’re still good friends! But we’re single. That’s not my man,” the entertainer said.
“We had our situation. I won’t put a title on it,” Yung Miami continued. “We were f**king with each other hard. We were together every day at one point. He supported me; I supported him. I’ll let the internet call it whatever they want.”
