Jon Bon Jovi Shares Thoughts On Son's Engagement To Millie Bobby Brown
During an appearance on Andy Cohen's SiriusXM show, "Radio Andy," the musician happily revealed that three of his four children are set to be married, with his 20-year-old's engagement being the latest.
The host questioned whether the actor was concerned about his son being too young for marriage, even though the songwriter also experienced love at a young age by marrying his high school sweetheart, Dorothea. The "Destination Anywhere" actor said:
"I don't know if age matters if you find the right partner and you grow together. I think that would be my advice really; growing together is wise."
The "Livin' on a Prayer" singer explained further, "I think that all my kids have found the people they think they can grow together with, and we like them all."
Cohen also asked if the 61-year-old had seen the series "Stranger Things" which his future daughter-in-law stars in. He responded positively, saying, "Uh, I've seen it. Millie's wonderful; her whole family is great. Great. Jake is very, very happy."
Although Brown and Jake began their romantic journey in 2021, it was only in March 2022 that they made their relationship public. The couple have traveled together and frequently express their love for each other on social media.
The cute couple once again sparked engagement rumors during one of those trips she posted to Instagram. The "Enola Holmes" star shared several photos of herself on a country road trip, posing in her convertible. While the pictures showed her in various poses, one, in particular, caught the attention of her followers.
In the photo, the 19-year-old was seen wearing a baseball cap backward and brushing her hair away strategically with her left hand while facing away from the camera. The second image saw her sporting a short bob and oversized dark sunglasses in the vehicle.
The post, which was captioned "Keep driving," garnered over 4 million likes and comments about her hair. However, some fans could not help but notice the large diamond ring on her finger in the first image.
This fan pointed it out, writing, "Ring on her finger?!" while another noted, "The ring on THE hand for me 😮." Others complimented her look, stating, "Ur natural hair is so pretty!!! ❤️❤️❤️." Another admirer gushed, "OMG, I love the short brown bob."
It seems like the ring did not get much attention because this would not be the first time the lovebirds had been suspected of being engaged. In 2022, The Sun reported that the ring was seen on her hand when the pair were photographed in New York.

The duo first made headlines as a couple in June 2021 before going Instagram official with their relationship in November of the same year. Since then, they have been spotted at various events, and their social media accounts are full of sweet photos of them together.
In January, The Blast shared that Brown took to her page to express her gratitude for the past year, and in her post, she also gave a shout-out to the actor. The "Mariah Carey's Magical Christmas Special" guest star shared photos featuring memorable moments from last year, including some with her beloved pet dog and partner.
In the caption, she wrote, "Endlessly in love with the year I've had! I am grateful for my friends, family, donkey (Bernard), doggies, puppy teeth, and partner for life."
In addition, the "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" star shared her excitement about the future, stating that she looked forward to sharing more memorable experiences with her loved ones.
She ended the post by stating, "Here's to another year with you and the wonderful people and animals around us. Let's do it again but better!"
